Shopping Tips This list of helpful hints is intended to help parents when shopping for school uniforms. For a complete list of uniform guidelines, please refer to your school s uniform criteria. When is the best time to shop? We suggest you shop early to take advantage of our full inventory and casual shopping atmosphere. We are very knowledgeable regarding proper fit and anticipating growth. Should your child have unanticipated growth, any non-logo d garments purchased in the summer can be exchanged (see our exchange policy for full details). It is important to keep in mind that many schools require a winter/formal uniform during the first weeks of school for special events or class pictures. Many of these items require embroidery that needs extra processing time. We highly recommend purchasing winter/formal attire before school begins. Do I receive my merchandise the day I shop? Most of our merchandise is available for you to take home the day you shop. Heat press logos (shirts, P.E. attire, and jumpers) are applied during your visit. Items requiring embroidered logos will require additional completion time. Please shop early for embroidered items. Do I have to bring my child with me? Uniform clothes fit unlike any other brand of clothing. To ensure proper sizing and fit, we strongly encourage parents to bring their child(ren) to try on uniforms. Any non-logo d items may be exchanged for another size. What are my shopping options? To aid our busy parents, we have several ordering options available. You are welcome to shop online at www.uniform-source.com 24 hours a day-7 days a week. We are also located conveniently in Kennesaw off of North Cobb Parkway and would be more than happy to assist you in person. We also accept orders via fax: 770-919-9378; Please note that we cannot accept phone orders. How many of each garment should I purchase? We recommend 3 bottoms or jumpers, at least 3 shirts, 2 sweaters, and other required items (i.e. belts, shoes, P.E. attire).younger students are often harder on their clothing and the garments may need washing after each wear. Many parents have experienced the need to have additional clothing. It is worth every penny to have an extra outfit the morning your child spills the juice at 7:00 AM and they re wearing their last clean outfit!

Garment Care Store Policies All garments may be machine washed and machine dried. We recommend washing all items inside out in a delicate permanent press cycle. Do not iron over heat pressed logos. Logos damaged due to ironing will not be replaced free of charge. Pricing and Discount Policies Pricing & Discounts: All pricing may be found on our website. New In-store and Online sales can be found on our Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/uniformsourcekennesaw Ordering: Orders may be placed via our website, fax, or email any time throughout the year. Please note that we cannot accept phone orders. Visit us at: Orders and Shipping Policies www.uniform-source.com We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Please order early to accommodate for embroidery lead time, stock availability, and processing time. Garments with embroidered logos require a minimum of two weeks processing time. Orders will be shipped when the entire order is complete. When ordering, please be sure of your sizes. Logo d items may not be returned or exchanged. All orders are shipped via Fed Ex. Please be aware that should you request a package delivered to a residence, the package may be left outdoors upon delivery. The customer assumes responsibility for receipt of package. Uniform Source will not be responsible for replacing merchandise left at an unattended residence. All orders must be prepaid by credit card, check, or cash. Return Policy We are happy to provide full refund for non-logo d, unworn garments with intact tags that are returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Garments returned after 14 days may be exchanged for merchandise or merchandise credit as long as the original tags are on the garment. Garments with removed tags, or worn or washed garments will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please be sure of your sizes and preferences before ordering garments that require logos.
