This fully automated Label Master 1100P system will eliminate the error caused by human, increase productivity, and most of all increase your traceability. PCB will enter using SMEMA communicates and to stabilize the PCB during label placement, we have installed front stopper and Side gauging device in the conveyor. Label Master 1100P can dispense printed labels through the Label Printer or pre-printed label on a roll. Labels will be placed on to the PCB using a Robot placement positing system, with X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, and Θ-axis. Labels can be Verified (Option), and can be implemented into you production management system (Option). Also, entering PCB can be Orientated as well (Option).
