Partners Resumés Fausto Boni: co-founded Net Partners Ventures in early 97. He co-managed Net Partners Ventures team and portfolio growth with board positions in companies like SelfTrade, Yoox, Mutuionline, Smartjog, Erenis and Co.Import. Before co-founding Net Partners Ventures Fausto was with McKinsey & Company in, Brazil, India, the United States and and with L'Air Liquide (Paris and Lisbon) as Logistic manager. Fausto Boni is member of the Board of AIFI (Private Equity and Venture Capital Italian Association). Fausto graduated from the Bocconi University of Milan with a degree in Business Economics, and received an MBA from INSEAD. François Tison: joined Net Partners Ventures mid 2001 and is (or was) on the board of Freever, Ipanema, Erenis, Bfinance, Soamai, Smartjog, Trading Screen, Adomos and LibertySurf. Prior to joining the Net Partners Ventures team, François spent two years as SVP at Europ@web. In 1998-1999, he was an Associate Director with Nomura private equity investing in the ICT sector. From 1990 to 1997, he held a number of positions at Telecom in Paris and New York. François holds a graduate degree in Engineering from the ENST in Brest and an MBA from Columbia University in New York. Diana Saraceni: joined Net Partners Ventures mid 2001 and follows CO.Import, Mutuionline, Euroffice, Radiance and Nanomuscle. Before joining Net Partners, Diana was a Senior Advisor at Lazard Investment Banking. In Lazard she was part of the Telecom, Media & Technology team and primarily worked on M&A transactions and IPOs. Prior to Lazard, Diana spent 4 years at A.T.Kearney in Milan and London. Diana was part of the selection committee of the Italian Tech Tour (Nov 2003), member of the advisory boards of the EIFs (1) and member of the High Tech Commission of AIFI (2). She is regular lecturer with Bocconi and Politecnico di Milano. Diana Saraceni graduated from the University of Rome with a gradute degree in Engineering, and received an MBA from LUISS of Rome. Emanuele Levi: involved in VC since 2000 at Pino Venture and myqube. At Pino, Emanuele was responsible of Kiwi ecommerce portfolio with 10 invested companies in and for a total amount of 40 mln; Emanuele held a board position in most investees such as Megalink Venerenet and Yoox in and Adomos and Topachat in. Before joining Pino Ventures, Emanuele was a Director at Lazard Investment Banking and Senior Consultant at Bain & co. Prior to Bain, Emanuele spent 4 years at Unicredito Italiano Corporate Finance Team in London and Milan. Emanuele graduated from the University of Turin with a degree in Business Economics and took a Corporate Finance Programme at LBS in London. Andrea lived in Argentina for 15 years and now lives in Milan. Serge Schoen : member of the senior management team of the Louis Dreyfus Group, a diversified holding company and CFO of the agricultual commodities group. Previously co-founder and COO of LD Com now neuf telecom / Cegetel. Between 1992 to 1999, he was at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris. Nino Tronchetti Provera: General Manager and member of the board of Olivetti. Board member of MCC Capitalia, Malgara Chiari & Forti S.p.A. and Pirelli Ambiente Holding. Previously CEO and Vice President of Finsiel (Telecom Italia Group) and head of the Telecom Italia Group Information Technology Market Business Unit. In 1997 he founded Cam Tecnologie, of which he was CEO until March 2004. Previously with McKinsey & Company. Stefano Venturi: Head of Cisco Systems and Vice President Cisco Systems Inc. Under his guide Cisco s Italian branch grew from 12 a to 700 people. Previously South Europe General Manager of Sunsoft (Sun Microsystems group) and with Wyse Technology, Hewlett-Packard and Olivetti. Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce Italian Office and Vice President and Counselor of the Directive Committee of ANIE (the national Association for telecommunications and Consumer Electronics) and Member of its Chair Committee.
