GOVERNANCE
GOVERNANCE According to A.C.A. 6-13-1006 Each Education Service Cooperative shall be governed by a board of directors consisting of one (1) representative appointed by each school district board of directors within the boundary of the education service cooperative. Although governance by a local board of school district superintendents is a legal requirement, this local governance provides unique programs and services important to the districts of each region.
