WAGNER PERFORATORS The perforators are used in the perforation or piercing of PET-bottles. This ensures higher density and compactness of the bottle bales. WAGNER DISMANTLER The powerful machines separate rims from common car wheels. Tire separators are used when large quantities of tires must be separated quickly and efficiently. THE SUCCESS STORY 1977 Foundation of the company by Gerhard Wagner in Neuhaus am Klausenbach. In addition to traditional mechanical engineering, the focus is placed on the promising construction and production of recycling machines. 1978 Construction of the first Wagner shredder for the lumber and forestry industry for the production of firewood. 1985 Construction of the first quadruple-shaft shredder, for woodworking companies. 1989 Expansion of the shredder series - the first twin-shaft shredder for pre-shredding is delivered. 1992 The first Wagner single-shaft shredder - type WS 22 is born. The beginning of the success story many more innovative shredder types follow. 1995 Presentation of the first Burgenländischer Innovationspreis (Innovation award) for the WS-series, which is followed by others. 1997 Innovation award for the bale breaker. 2002 Conversion of the individual company into WAGNER Maschinenbau GmbH (Ltd.). 2005 Innovation award for the WRD-series (Dismantler). 2007 Jubilee Year celebrating the 60th birthday of Gerhard Wagner (founder of the business) and 30 years of the Wagner Maschinenbau. 2012 We celebrate the fourth Innovation award. 2014 Resumption of twin-shaft shredder production. 9
