The design development dwells on the idea of a compartmented and differentiated space that allows active use and seclusion at the same time. A building block, assembled with the individual MODY unites, can be oriented according to location demands, with guided views for users and neighbors. Mody is a Turn-Key design, both interior and exterior are simultaneously built in the factory and delivered, in completed form, on the site. The current version is customized for a design-in-mind hotel with EUR 25.000 production costs per unit.

Luxurious suites, family rooms or aparthotel rooms are all within easily configurable. The combinations are made possible using a simple joint of two basic modules, which can, at any point in time, be converted into two separate units.
