EZ Dock Standard Accessories Catalog - Spring 2011 Page 1 Auger 12 Inch Cleat 300112 This 12 inch galvanized cleat uses standard EZ Dock Hardware Connectors to anchor to any pocket on the dock. 8 Inch Cleat 300100 EZ Dock tie down cleats attach to heavy-duty stainless steel T-nuts molded in pairs around dock section perimeters. Cleats are 8 inches long and have the strength to permit lifting multiple dock sections by cables without any damage to the cleats or anchor bolt receivers. Also available is a 12 cleat made of galvanized steel. Aluminum Railing 100910AL Aluminum railings are available for any EZ Dock section. Several different styles are available on display at www.ezdockusa.com. Part number displayed here is for 10 foot aluminum railing that uses 8 hardware connectors to secure to EZ Dock pockets. Auger 100255 100355 3 Auger with bolt and nut allows for drilling and setting pipe in lake, river or ocean bottoms. Pipe sold separately. 2 Auger available - $28 and weight 2 lbs 1
EZ Dock Standard Accessories Catalog - Spring 2011 Page 2 Corner Dock Wheel Kit Corner Dock Wheel Kit 300537 Mounting to any open coupler pocket this wheel is designed to guide your boat into the slip by allowing the wheel to roll along the side of your boat. Corner Gussets 300501 Corner Gusset provided for use when two dock sections are joined and a 90 degree angle formed. Typical use is for placement on finger docks attached to primary dock - adds significant stability to the finger docks and increases safety by reducing the problems when walking corners on the dock system. Corner Storage Box 400755 Our corner storage box has roomy storage in a compact design that makes the most of available space without interfering with foot traffic as it has the same foot print of the Corner Gusset 300501. Connection boxes for complete utility hookups through this box are also available. Coupler Set 301100 The coupler includes the top and bottom coupler as well as the nut and bolt holding the coupler in place. Created from recycled car tires the coupler is the key to an EZ Dock system withstanding severe weather conditions including hurricane level storms while other dock systems fail. While extremely strong the coupler allows movement of the docks in rough water allowing for heavy sea activity. 2
EZ Dock Standard Accessories Catalog - Spring 2011 Page 3 Dock Box Coupler Socket Adapter 900005 The EZ Dock Coupler nut requires a special adapter that is used with a 3/4 socket drive. This socket adapter is inexpensive but serves as an anti-theft device since you cannot easily uncouple the docks without it. Deadweight - Light Duty 100740 For light-duty anchoring with chain. Chain and actual anchor material sold separately. Common anchors include mushroom anchors, concrete blocks, etc. Deadweight Winch Insert - Heavy Duty 210350 100730 Deadweight insert and cable winch added to our polyethylene pipe bracket allows easy dock adjustment for water fluctuations. Cable sold separately. Dock Box 300750 Our rectangular dock box has roomy storage in a compact heavy duty design. The box measurements are 30 inches (height), 36 inches (long) and 27 inches (deep). 3
EZ Dock Standard Accessories Catalog - Spring 2011 Page 4 Dock Bumper Kit Dock Bumper Kit 300180 The dock bumper comes complete, ready to install onto any dock using the cleat holes to attach to an EZ Dock. The dock bumper is made of the same material as EZ Dock and is not soft. If you are planning on using a bumper to serve as a cushion for your boat and you want to avoid scratches in your paint use a soft bumper from any marine supply store and tie it to the EZ Dock cleat. Dock Curbing 35116 Constructed of polyethylene, EZ Dock security curbing provides a safe border around dock edges for wheelchairs. The dark brown color provides a matching contrast for easy visibility for your dock. Secures to dock using standard cleat receivers. Dock Edging 400117 Constructed of durable vinyl, EZ Dock edging provides a soft cushion to protect water vessels from the sides of docks and vise versa. Using the standard cleat holes the edging is secured with stainless steel bolts. Available in 10 foot lengths. Dock Wheels 900050 Two large plastic tires with tread to use when moving docks. Wheels can be attached to any pockets (2 of them in set - one for each side of the dock) using standard hardware connectors. One set of wheels can move two or three docks coupled together. They can be use to put docks in the water or removing docks and the wheels can be detached on land or in the water. 4

Designed to be especially valuable for seniors or anyone that could benefit in assistance for launching or recovering from kayak or canoe activities the system provides a dry and safe platform.any size dock configuration can be used to attach the EZ Launch. Galvanized Railing 100910 Our modular railing conforms with SOBA and ADA guidelines. Railing sections are available in a variety of lengths and profiles designed to provide security with minimal obstruction. Choose the standard hot-dipped galvanized finish, or optional powder-coated finish for added color and enjoyment. Hinge Kit 100750 The reversible Hinge Kit allows you to bolt EZ Port PWC lifts or EZ Dock sections to other types of floating docks. Made of galvanized steel it is designed for use in fresh or salt water. Hydrophobic Vent and Drill Kit 9000028, 9000029 This new EZ Dock Hydrophobic vent (9000028). is designed to allow the dock/ port sections to breath but will not allow water in pass through. The new vent will be factory installed in one of the spin weld areas. In addition these vents can be purchased to retro fit older dock sections in the field using only a drill.a Drill and Tap Kit is also available (9000029) and comes with a 7/16 drill bit and a 1/4 NPT tap (this TAP threads the 1/2 hole into which the vent is threaded). 5

Inside Utility Channel 302030 EZ Dock Utility Channel Inside Corner Utility conduit can be tucked neatly inside two-piece chase attached at junction of dock sections. Available with stainless-steel hardware. Outside Utility Channel 302040 The corner utility channel allows for convenient installation where dock layouts require conduit to be installed around the outside corner of a dock section. Available with stainless-steel hardware for your specific application needs. Piling Bracket - Heavy Duty 300800 Heavy-duty polyethylene bracket allows lateral position adjustment to attach to piles up to 18 in diameter. Included are 3 rollers that can be adjusted to the diameter of the piling and new rubber torpedo roller covers now eliminate the wear on pilings in rough water conditions. 6

Includes connectors with nuts. Hoops sold separately and range in size from 4 inches ID to 24 ID. Pipe Bracket - Heavy Duty 210250 210350 Heavy-duty polyethylene pipe bracket allows floating boat docks to adjust to changing water levels. Designed for either 2 1/2 inch or 3 1/2 inch OD pipes it has a removable insert that can be replaced when worn. Designed for rough water applications and uses the standard EZ Dock Couplers which are included in the package. Pipe Bracket - Standard 130250 130350 Standard-duty bracket provides ample anchoring for EZ Port PWC lifts, or for smaller docks in moderate water conditions (lakes, lagoons, calm water applications). Designed for use with either 2 1/2 inch or 3 1/2 inch OD pipe. Easily installed, no special tools required. Pocket Filler 201030 If you prefer to have a solid dock along the edges the pocket filler can be inserted easily and it will hold in place based on the design of tabs on either side of the pocket filler. It can be removed by simply using a screwdriver to pry an edge up and used again by replacing the two tabs held by a screw.the pocket fillers are a similar color as the EZ Dock system 7
EZ Dock Standard Accessories Catalog - Spring 2011 Page 8 Pocket Filler - Glow in the Dark Pocket Filler - Glow in the Dark 201030-GID These new pocket fillers are the same as the standard EZ Dock pocket filler but have a strong glow in the dark that will stay glowing till dawn.with a charge time of 15 minutes and a half glow life of 2.5 hours they will provide visibility to any EZ Dock installation. Polyethylene Bench 300970 This poly bench mounts to any EZ Dock system using the standard hardware connectors. The bench is available with our without arms (this product number includes arms). Combine this with the Umbrella Bracket and you have the perfect place to view the water from the dock. Polyethylene Gangway 400406 400460 The poly gangway is 5 ft. wide and is available in either 6 ft., 12 ft. or 18 ft. length. You can have handrails on one or both sides, roller, hinge plate, transition plate. A hinge (400460) to the EZ Dock connection is available. An aluminum truss kit is required to create 12 ft (401412) or 18 ft (410418) length and is priced separately. Polyethylene Ladder 300260 300270 This five step poly ladder is designed to attach to any EZ Dock installation using standard ladder connectors. Recommended for fresh water applications where salt water marine growth does not occur. If you are in a salt water environment we recommend the FloatStep ladder mentioned in this accessory page and expanded in a separate entry for the accessories in more detail. 8

Several different styles are available on display at www.ezdockusa.com and choice of colors. Part number displayed here is for 10 foot powder coated railing that uses 8 hardware connectors to secure to EZ Dock pockets. Railings also come in 40, 60, and 80 inch lengths. Sliding Board 300600 This rugged slide can be mounted on two EZ Dock 80 inch X 10 foot docks coupled together. It is a rubber coated slide with steps and mounting hardware for any EZ Dock system. A pump and hose is included to allow children or adults to lubricate the slide at the top. Available in blue or green this commercial strength slide is provided by our sister company - PlayPower. Stand Off Bracket 105100 Polyurethane bracket attaches top of pipe to stationary docks. Fits pipe from 2.5 to 3.5 O.D. and stabilizes the top of the pipe to something close (ie. Piling, Fixed Dock, Bulkhead, etc.) Stiff Arm Assembly 800099 Anchor to a shoreline abutment or to a shoreline post with our heavy-duty stiff-arm. The length of the connecting arm is determined by the distance you desire from the land anchor point to the dock. 9
EZ Dock Standard Accessories Catalog - Spring 2011 Page 10 Supplemental Flotation Supplemental Flotation 206013FL 208014FL Supplemental flotation attaches under dock sections and EZ Port lifts to increase flotation capacity where certain applications may need to support extra weight. Note - two different sizes for EZ Port 4 versus EZ Port 3 and dock sections. Transition Kit 100717 100718 If you need to bridge a gap in the dock this product may be the answer. Also available with two planks for part #100718, 75 lbs. Utility Channel 301260 302060 Utility channel is available in both 12 and 20 inch width in 5 foot lengths and offer either one or two open channels to run power conduit and water to the dock. Other common uses include using it as a filler between pilings to allow easy boarding of boats that dock across pilings or to allow pilings inside the EZ Dock sections for more live dock when securing boats. 10
