Recommendation (enps) - explanation Employee Net Promoter Score, enps, is a method to measure the loyalty of the employees. The core in this method is the question How likely is it that you would recommend your place to work to a friend or an acquaintance?. The employee answers the question on a scale from 0 (Not likely at all) to 10 (Extremely likely). Based on the chosen answer alternative the employee is categorized either as Ambassadors (9-10), Passives (7-8) or Critics (0-6). One of the most important requirements for a company in order to achieve and maintain a high customer loyalty is loyal and dedicated employees. Dedicated employees are enthusiastic about their work and their company. Enthusiasm rubs off on other employees and customers. Employees who are ambassadors create a strong business because they create a better customer experience and they approach their work with a positive energy, which results in efficiency, creativity and innovative ideas for the company s products, processes and services. Ambassadors (9-10) are loyal and enthusiastic employees who openly recommend the company to others. Passives (7-8) are satisfied but unenthusiastic employees. Critics (0-6) are unsatisfied employees that can damage the company s brand by speaking negatively about their place to work.
