Founded in 1985, PS Energy Group, Inc. is a privately-owned, Atlanta-based company that offers business, industry and government a full range of energy and transportation solutions. As one of the nation s top 50 diversity-owned businesses, PS Energy Group provides transportation fuels, emergency fueling and fleet management services, including etrac, wireless solutions that help improve productivity, profitability and the quality of the environment through better asset monitoring and vehicle tracking. PS Energy Group was established in 1985 by Livia Whisenhunt as a wholesale marketer of bulk transportation fuels. In 1986, the company incorporated in the state of Georgia and began marketing wholesale natural gas to industry and government, in addition to gasoline and diesel fuel. Through the acquisition of Unattended Fuel Outlets (UFOs), the company expanded in 1989 to serve retail customers. In 1998, PS Energy Group, under the brand name, GasKey, became one of the first certified marketers of Georgia s deregulated natural gas program. PS Energy Group won its first Fuel Management contract with Southern Company in 1993 and then began selling fuel management services to other major utilities, as well as state and county governments and municipalities. The Company signed a long-term agreement with a major utility company in 1995 to launch an innovative program designed to provide Emergency Fueling services for its fleets throughout a nine-state area. This Emergency Fueling program now provides fueling services nationwide to industry and utilities, in times of crisis or whenever natural disasters strike. During the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, PS Energy Group was awarded a contract with the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games and the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority to build and manage temporary fueling sites for transit buses that were brought in to accommodate increased transportation needs. In 2000, PS Energy Group began marketing the etrac real-time Global Positioning System Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) system. The etrac system was designed to help improve the productivity and profitability of companies that operate fleets to deliver or maintain their products or services. Loomis, a leader in the cash handling services industry, signed a contract in 2008 to monitor the security of its U.S. armored fleet through PS Energy Group s etrac solutions.

Products and Services FUEL MANAGEMENT Retail Fuel Card Program - PS Energy Group has formed partnerships with Wright Express, Voyager, and Comdata - first tier fuel card vendors - accepted at over 99 percent of all fueling locations nationwide. These fleet fueling cards allow for control at the card level as well as the account level, giving fleet managers the ability to manage retail purchases more efficiently. Cards can be assigned to drivers, vehicles, or organizations and purchases can be restricted to fuel only, so that non-fuel purchases are blocked at the time of authorization. Using a one-card program from PS Energy Group makes it easy to fulfill all your fleet fuel and maintenance needs, while gaining maximum control and flexibility. Bulk Fuel - PS Energy Group is one of the largest managers of customer-owned sites in the United States. We work to identify, build, and/or maintain the most cost effective methods associated with bulk fuel purchasing, inventory management, and the reporting necessary to track fuel usage. Our management services include, but are not limited to, inventory management, computerized monitoring and control of customer-owned fueling stations and unattended fuel outlets, and emergency fueling operations during crisis situations or natural disasters. Mobile Fueling - PS Energy Group provides Mobile Fueling around the country and manages the transaction detail from multiple sources. We identify, build, and/or maintain the most cost effective methods associated with Mobile Fueling and the reporting necessary to track fuel usage. Mobile fueling transactions are integrated into one simple, easy to read invoice and reporting format. PS Energy Group has an extensive jobber network throughout the country, which often can be used to develop a mobile fueling resource, if dedicated mobile fueling is not otherwise available. Alternate Fuels - In addition to accessibility on the retail level, PS Energy Group provides alternative fuels at the onsite fueling locations utilizing the products below Bio-Diesel Propane Ethanol Gasohol Aviation Fuel CNG

Risk Management - PS Energy Group's risk management programs offer end-users the ability to control energy expense and revenue for months or even years in advance. By employing risk management techniques, end-users are able to reduce the effect of market volatility, budget future costs, manage energy requirements as an asset, and eliminate speculative purchasing strategies. Producers can employ these same options to control future revenue and likewise reduce the effect of market volatility. Many of our customers employ a number of risk management tools to balance a portfolio with respect to pricing and timing. PS Energy Group offers various programs that provide customers with peace of mind and with the flexibility of utilizing the most attractive energy alternative. Customized programs are tailored to meet an individual customer's energy needs and goals in order to eliminate fluctuations of commodity pricing. Additionally, risk management programs can serve to hedge year-round interstate transportation rates, and may be employed in negotiating competitive utility distribution rates. Our risk management resources include NYMEX traded commodities and various OTC derivatives. As new hedging opportunities arise, PS Energy Group will continue to anticipate our customers' needs and provide products that ensure their constant competitive advantage. Unattended Fuel Outlets - PS Energy Group has four Atlanta UFO (Unattended Fuel Outlet) area locations. These self-service locations are available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week/365-days a year. All four sites provide Unleaded, Premium, and Diesel fuels and are conveniently and strategically placed at Whitehall Street, Sylvan Road, Lithonia Industrial Blvd., and Mt. Industrial Blvd in Tucker. PS Energy Group s Whitehall Street UFO location provides E85 and CNG, now available to individuals with our new UFO Going Green card account. Customers may open a UFO account via our Website. PS Energy Group now accepts Voyager, Wright Express, Comdata, and Fuelman Fleet Cards at all four locations. We welcome local and long-distance travelers. EMERGENCY FUELING In 1995, PS Energy Group developed an Emergency Fueling Service designed specifically for the utility industry. This first-of its-kind program incorporated the design of equipment and strategies to be used for emergency deployment in power interruption due to hurricanes, tornadoes, ice storms, or other natural disasters. This Emergency Fueling program now provides fueling services nationwide to industry and utilities, in times of crisis or whenever natural disasters strike.

PS Energy Group s Emergency Fueling Program consists of extensive and secured resource networks, which provide significant infrastructure for major and/or multiple events.
