Control Valves Wide range of clamping and test systems for high pressure testing, seat leakage classification and total performance testing of all types of control valves up to 36 / DN900 mm. Tools Actuator Test Equipment The Ventil Actuator Test units are designed and equipped for testing Electric-, Pneumatic or Hydraulic controlled Actuators. The range of static (torque) performance testing, measured by calibrated and certified sensors, runs from 0-500,000 Nm. The dynamic test procedure subjects the actuator to a simulation of the torque resistance curve of a quarter turn Ballor Butterfly valve. The intelligent touchscreen operated control system offers flexible programming of test settings and certification of the test results.
