House sound delay: Théâtre St-Denis has a delay system consisting of 4 UPM-1P cabinets (Meyer), which are installed at ground level under the balcony, and 2 other cabinets on each side of the balcony. The system is already calibrated for the room. The tenant has to provide an audio feed that will be broadcast to the hearing impaired system and to the house HD monitors. Dressing rooms: - 1 lounge-dressing room with a shower and a bathroom, at stage level. - 4 dressing rooms that can accommodate 4 people each, with showers, at stage level. - 2 dressing rooms that can accommodate 8 people each, with showers and bathrooms, located below stage level. - 3 individual dressing rooms with showers, located below stage level - the dressing room corridor has a lunch counter with microwave and fridge Paging system: There is a paging system in all dressing rooms (stage floor and below stage level). This system allows the performance in progress to be heard as well as calls from the stage manager.

Only one signal should be sent by the F.O.H. sound console. It is automatically broadcast to both networks. Make-up and hair dressing: A section below stage level that can accommodate 6 people is reserved for make-up and hair. Lighting and mirrors are supplied, but you must supply your own chairs. Costume storage: There is a costume storage area located below stage level. Stage entrance: There is an entrance available for the artists on stage right, on Brazeau Street behind the Theater. This door is kept locked at all times with a code, which you will be given a few days prior to set up. Production Office: - An office is available for the production, at stage level, next to the dressing rooms. - There is one permanent fax line and one permanent telephone line for the exclusive use of the production. To obtain access to long distance calling, a request must be submitted to the technical director in order to get a code. - Several other telephone lines are available in the production office, either for faxes or additional phones. Arrangements should be made with Bell or Videotron for connecting these lines ahead of time. Internet access: - There is high-speed WIFI Internet access only. The technical department will give you the access code upon your arrival.
Stage floor: -The stage floor is black-stained birch. -It is strictly forbidden to insert screws or nails into the stage floor. Orchestra pit: The orchestra pit is available for use. However, additional charges should be foreseen for its conversion, which involves the removal of 59 seats from the floor section, namely all seats in rows AA, BB and CC. You will find a plan of the orchestra pit and its dimensions on page 10. Piano: A 5-foot Conservatory C3 Yamaha grand piano is available upon request. Only our tuner may tune the piano. The costs will be billed to the producer. The technical department will determine your tuning needs and schedule with you. Laundry: - 2 washing machines and 2 dryers are at your disposal. - The necessary wiring for one additional washing machine and two additional dryers is already in place. - Located below stage level.
