About Forage and Graze Campbell Rowe is a modern day forager with a passion for fine cuisine and an appetite for fresh locally grown produce. Formally trained as a chef, with over 15 years experience in the industry, Campbell studied and worked in organic production horticulture shortly after relocating to the North Coast. In 2008, Campbell and his family moved to a wildlife sanctuary on the edge of the rainforest in the Byron Bay hinterland and focused on putting this accumulated knowledge to good use. Lychee, green mango, lime and black sapote are just some of the fruits regularly harvested from their orchard, eggs are collected daily from a small brood of free-range chooks and seasonal produce is hand picked from abundant vegetable and herb gardens. When not tending to their boutique farm, Campbell is a regular at local farmers markets, where he forages for ingredients and discusses new season produce with a network of local producers. Campbell specialises in weddings, events, private dining and premium cooking classes. Forage for ingredients on a guided tour of a local farmers market, learn how to compile a tantilising seasonal menu in a four hour premium cooking class, then come together at the artisan chef s table for a shared feast. $190 per person Thursday or Friday only, 9am- 5pm. Based on using own transport to the farmers market in Byron Bay on Thursdays or Mullumbimby on Fridays, cooking class and shared feast at your home or accommodation venue. (Transport to farmers market can be arranged if required, please ask us for a quote.) * A premium cooking class and shared feast (8-12 people) Learn how to compile a tantilising seasonal menu in a four hour premium cooking class, then come together at the artisan chef s table for a shared feast. $130 per person (Mon-Thurs) $160 per person (Fri- Sun) 9am-2pm. We work closely with our producers to tailor a fresh, seasonal menu and create an unforgettable dining experience for you, your family and friends. * Private Dining (8-15 people) Graze the artisan chef s table with a small gathering of likeminded people at a private dinner, cocktail party or intimate celebration. Experience restaurant quality service in the comfort of your home, holiday accommodation or a venue of your choice.
