Submit provider signature to Nightingale for use as esignature (for any provider who will sign encounters, prescriptions, referral letters, or requisitions electronically) Enter the following user preferences on the Dashboard: ICD List: Encode FM Other preferences as dictated by the Centre Clinical Template: Services and Languages Provided Customize Shortcut Icons Customize my Patient Queue and My Panel Sections Assign user role / permissions using role categories as originally set up by Nightingale: Ordering Provider Non-ordering Provider Administrator Or assign user role / permissions using Centre customized roles or on a task by task basis Add task roles for assigning to groups (e.g. Reception) Create new task role or new permission role (if required) Call Nightingale Support Call Nightingale Support Enterprise Module Users Users Obtain Nightingale Support case # and fax or email signature/case # to Nightingale Support Dashboard My Settings My Preferences Dashboard Reorder shortcut Icons displayed in lower left of screen in the order of user preference. Assign location(s) to the user if multiple locations are in use Enterprise Module Users Users select active provider name hyperlink and add applicable locations ; recommended for most providers for providers who receive documents for ordering providers Add schedule (More than one schedule maybe required if multiple locations are setup in NOD) ; ensure the appropriate default schedule is specified in the dashboard setting Set up correspondence types for scanned documents to be filed Add Common Office Procedures and MSAA Indicators to Procedures Set up Centre-specific procedure items, procedure types, facilities, and facility types Establish account with laboratories / third party interfaces (SPIRE, POI, TDIS, OLIS etc.) Schedule Module Setup Schedule Office Actions Module Setup Correspondence Types Email support@nightingale.md as soon as provider name known (Note: Nightingale will charge your Centre (per provider) for this set up) OR NOD Administration or Super User enters the required categories and items using the AOHC list provided: Procedures Lists Procedures Utlize the Provider Set Up QRG for instructions on lab set up and requests.
