Hi Beautiful! In this guide you will learn The Five Daily Questions that you can use to fall in love with your feminine rhythms. The Five Daily Questions can guide you to tune into your feminine body, cyclic wisdom. and awaken your Inner Woman. The Five Daily Questions ignites the daily awareness you need to nourish your feminine body, and turn your menstrual cycle into your muse, as you discover the wild wisdom and magic within your womanness. Your Inner Woman speaks to you all the time. And it is these very questions that I'm about to share with you that have helped me create a life I love, through listening to my body and Inner Woman. My hope is they will support you on your journey of soulful womanhood. Author

When we come home to our feminine bodies and start to embody the radiant nature of our feminine center, we not only find sanctuary in who we are, we also come home to the Inner Woman we came here to be. Indigomoon Enemark

Feminine Rhythms The Quick Overview Moon Time Your bleeding phase is a time of slowing down, it is your inner winter. It is a monthly feminine initiation of descending into yourself, releasing and dreaming. Nourish yourself on all levels and listen to the wisdom of your body and find a way to honor your sacred blood. Pre Ovulation Like spring time, it feels like a new beginning. This is a great time to start new projects and play with your creativity. Notice where your Inner Woman is longing to express herself! Creativity is like medicine for women, this is the time to take action and express. Ovulation The fertile time of our cycle represents the peak of mental and emotional creativity. Like summer it is a sensual time of heightened creative/sexual energy. Nourish your feminine body with sensual practices and engage the energy alive within you. Let your beauty shine and nourish yourself with pleasure, community and dancing. Premenstrual Power Although often misunderstood, the premenstrual phase is a powerful initiation into our Inner Woman. It is like the dark goddess waking us up to parts of ourselves that we have been asleep to. With our intuition peaking, it's a time for conversations with our soul. It's a time of getting ready to birth ourselves, and like fall it is a bit of both yin and yang as we move from creation to inner contemplation. Listen to your needs and go within. Pregnancy + Early Mothering A time of sustained holding in your womb as you are not only creating a child, but also rebirthing yourself as a woman and mother and expanding your capacity for holding and creating. It a time of finding your own rhythm, of tuning into the unique journey you share with your child. Turn to your feminine center in the midst of chaos. Perimenopause into Menopause Perimenopause is a powerful initiation often overlooked, much like menstruation. It's a time of rebirthing yourself as a woman on your terms, beyond children and social norms. It can often feel chaotic, wild, and at times overwhelming. Continue to use The Five Daily Questions to find your center and get to know this new woman awakening inside of you. This is a time of continued descending into your own being, before you emerge on the other side of menopause.

The Language Of Your Inner Woman Awaken your Inner Woman through The Five Daily Questions & turn your feminine body, wisdom and rhythms into your ally. I often call the menstrual cycle our 'moon cycle' to emphasize the whole monthly cycle we journey through from pre-ovulation, ovulation, premenstruation to our moon-time. And to highlight the rhythmic connection between our feminine bodies, the moon and earth rhythms. Your moon cycle is a vital teacher and inner muse that can guide you to feel more inspired, sensual, and at home in yourself. Over time it can teach you to become a feminine leader - a woman leading life and work from the inside out - by engaging the inherent strengths and wisdom of each phase of your moon cycle or season of life. The Five Daily Questions are a powerful tool to connect with your Inner Woman at any season of your life. I recommend them as a beginning practice for women to tune into their moon cycle and connect with the cyclic language of their feminine bodies. It is also a practice for women of all ages and stages of life to center and tune into the personal feminine rhythms of peri-menopause, menopause and beyond. As you ask yourself these daily questions, really listen and experience yourself in how you feel during the different phases of your cycle. You will then begin to understand and reclaim the many faces of your Inner Woman that initiate you through your body and feminine rhythms. Every woman has her own unique feminine rhythm. Feminine rhythms are the powerful tides that move a woman's body and inner world throughout all the sacred stages of womanhood. It is the wild waves of menarche, the creative juice of our reproductive years that can range from the feminine rhythms of our regular moon cycle to the intimate rhythms of motherhood. And then there's the personal feminine rhythms that take over when we meet the life-cycles of perimenopause, menopause and beyond as another initiation into awakening our Inner Woman and becoming the woman we came here to be.

Through every phase of womanhood you can use The Five Daily Questions to bring daily awareness and stability to your feminine rhythms as they evolve. It not a one-stop fix by any means. But the power of a woman who is at home in her feminine body, and using the sensual, creative language of her moon cycle to create her life cannot be underestimated - she knows the wise power of her feminine center, and how to move from her inner wisdom in daily life. Working with our moon cycle is a vital part of maturing into whole women, guided from within. Working with our cyclic wisdom serves as important preparation to be able to welcome the transformative cycles of motherhood, peri-menopause and menopause. It has become increasingly hard for women to mature into their later stages of womanhood because we have disowned the importance and sacredness of feminine rhythms, and separated biology and spirituality. Using The Five Daily Questions you can come home to your feminine body, rhythms, and wisdom. Each day is an opportunity to get to know your Inner Woman. Our feminine rhythms are sacred. They are a part of the way our Inner Woman initiates us through our bodies, a built-in guidance system for living life true to you. It is in returning to our bodies and feminine rhythms that we return to ourselves and find inner sanctuary in who we are. My Journey When I started working with The Five Daily Questions years ago, my relationship to my feminine body transformed. I found deep healing in returning to my cycles and resting with my blood wisdom each month. In bringing awareness to each phase of my moon cycle and expressing the woman each phase awakens within me, I reclaimed parts of myself I'd abandoned, and healed deep wounds I was carrying in my feminine center. It's impacted my life in both practical and profound ways. I've learned to go with my inner flow and understand that I am not the same woman every day of the month. And the experience of truly inhabiting my feminine body and understanding her wild language has created a bridge from my Soul to my life. Awakening your Inner Woman is a life-long devotional practice of adding joy, nurture, and presence to your life. This practice will support you to walk the path of soulful womanhood in your very own unique way.

When we as women sink into the spaciousness of our bodies and remember the power we contain - that is when the whisper of our Soul becomes a roar. We remember. Indigomoon Enemark

The Five Daily Q's Let your body be your teacher: Reach within before you reach out What is the moon phase today? Which phase of my moon cycle or feminine rhythm am I in today? How is my body feeling? (Physical signals like; body sensations, sexual / cervical fluid etc.) What's alive in me today? (Mentally, emotionally & deep in your heart/womb) What does my Inner Woman desire or need today?

How to use The Five Q's Each of the five questions serve as a way to anchor your connection with your Inner Woman on a daily basis. Question One: Watching the moon connects you with nature's rhythms, and keeps you in tune with how your menstrual cycle connects with the moon phases. Question Two: Bringing awareness to where you are in your menstrual cycle allows you to engage the energy that is alive in you presently. While learning what you need, and how to use the strengths of each phase to lead life from within. Questions Three & Four: Checking in with how you are feeling on all levels (body, mind, emotionally, and spiritually) brings awareness to how each phase affects and awakens you. It guides you in learning the physical and energetic signs of each phase and awareness of any imbalances or changes in your cycle. Question Five: The final question urges you to listen to your Inner Woman and embody Her desire in daily life. Notice how you can bridge your feminine wisdom with your everyday life. It's a daily practice of learning how to nourish yourself and engage the energy that is alive in you today. For example, during ovulation you might feel a strong need to engage your creative energy whereas during your premenstrual power phase you might need some extra quiet time to tune into your inner visions and needs.

My Personal Tips Take a few minutes to answer The Five Daily Q's, it doesn't have to take a long time. In the beginning, I recommend using a journal or notebook to answer The Five Daily Questions, but with practice you may find that you start doing it quietly like a meditation practice or just take notes occasionally. When I first started exploring my feminine rhythms and how I felt in the different phases of my menstrual cycle, I would answer The Five Daily Questions with great detail in my journal. Over time this check-in has become second nature, and something that is an organic part of living my life. I take some time to check in quietly every morning. Throughout the day I'll also connect with my body, yoni, and Inner Woman. In my calendar and weekly planner, I will write at the top of each week what phase of my cycle I'm in and how I'm feeling. I do my best to schedule my work and life in relation to how my body-wisdom expresses itself at different phases. Which means I often take on more in the first part of my cycle and then schedule in extra resting time in the later part of my cycle. There's no right or wrong way to do it. Feminine Lifestyle Design will look different for every woman depending on her needs, lifestyle, and work situation. It will also evolve as we move through different seasons of womanhood and life. A note on imbalances & discomfort: For many women feminine rhythms and cycles are associated with pain, discomfort and imbalances. Although too big a topic to be covered here, I do want to share that feminine rhythms and cycles can be an incredible source of pleasure when we know how to work with them instead of against them. Your discomfort or imbalances are another voice of your Inner Woman, a wise teacher guiding you towards wholeness. Trust your body's wisdom and ask for help and support when you need it. There are many natural and non-invasive ways to support women's vitality. Many of which I share in Women's Vitality Bodywork sessions, workshops, and with my mentoring clients. The Five Daily Questions is a practice of tuning in to your feminine rhythms. It supports you to keep listening to your Inner Woman and to adapt and change as life does. It creates a powerful foundation to meet life's many initiations and transitions.

Time to dive within! Get a notebook and calendar, take some time each day to check in with your feminine rhythms and Inner Woman. Let your feminine body and cyclic wisdom become a muse and a wise inner teacher. Incorporate one small thing each day that honors the current phase of your moon cycle. Consider incorporating rest during your moon time of bleeding, starting new projects during your pre-ovulation, sensual dancing when you most desire it, or clearing inner and outer clutter in your pre-menstrual phase. Engage the different aspects of your Inner Woman that awakens in each phase of your moon cycle or season of life. May you dance with your inner rhythms and be seduced by your Inner Woman today and everyday.
