1 Co-Sensing I am whom we are. Co-Presencing Co-Creating Love is inviting other back to himself. Human value as life purpose.

2 This process reflects the individual and collective experience of the group in a Hub during the U.Lab period. Experiencing, in each step, the emerging future, the versions of the prototype were taking shape and causing sensations, emotions, insights and reflections. We represented, in the main image (Picture 1), a summary of each of the 3 movements of the U: Co-Sensing, Co-Presencing and Co-Creating. This summary was possible after we have gone through all the U, recording on each stage the Personal and Relational levels, individually, and Systemic/Social, in group. See Pictures 2, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3. Next, a brief description of our experience during each movement, with emphasis to the main findings and the received gifts.

8 CO-SENSING: "I am whom we are" During Downloading, Seeing and Sensing steps, lived inside a Hub and a Coaching Circle, our "i" expressed fear, insecurity, discomfort, need for control, judgment and others. However, through practices such as Mindfulness, Dialogue Walking and Case Clinic, the i was invited into in dialogue with the "I", both ourselves and the other, creating a reliable and generative field. (Pictures 3.1 and 3.2) There was an opening, involvement, enthusiasm, motivation, commitment, discipline, determination, holding a deepening of listening and conversation and the flourishing of an internal healthy dialogue, generating issues that were of the interest of the Hub group. (Picture 3.3) We have worked hard and consciously the alignment Head, Heart and Hand, expressing, for example, in each Case Clinic, the resonance when listening the case giver, through images, metaphors, feelings and gestures, including from the third case, the Sculptures 1 and 2. (Picture 3.4 and Video 1) We went through the experience of a group member was not physically present (she lives in another state of Brazil), which did not prevent her full participation through Skype, in all practices (including the construction of sculptures), allowing us to experience the Principle of Non-Locality. (Picture 3.5)

15 CO-PRESENCING: "Human value as life purpose". The Letting Go, Presencing and Letting Come processes were supported by Otto Scharmer s guided meditation and his invitation to open ourselves to the emerging future. Over two very significant steps, in which each one of us had to deal with our fear facing the unknown and our insecurity facing the questions: "Who am I?" and "What is my purpose in life?", through the connection to the Source we could explore new possibilities. With the gathering of who we are, we could better understand our purpose and answer the questions of the 16- Step Journaling Practice for Stepping into the Field of the Future (Source Book) from this new place. (Picture 4.1) We went through this process with total confidence and rendition, and this individual experience led us to an expansion and deepening of the group connection. (Picture 4.2)

18 CO-CREATING: "Love is inviting other back to himself" Involve the Crystallizing, Prototyping and Performing processes. Having established the connection to the Source, the Internal Leadership subject emerged, attracting people for this field. Through a first Divergent-Convergent cycle of Design Thinking (04/02), the group, made of people who knew a little or nothing about each other, from different origins and ages, came to the following question: "How to lead from our shared humanity?". And the crystallization of what wanted to emerge came up through the first version of the prototype. (Picture 5.1, Video 2) At the end of this process, we noticed that the Internal Leadership vision, which had emerged, brought Guiding Principles that were shown and could have been sensed/seen in all prototype versions: - Life and everything in it is dual. - There is a straight and open way to be full in life and each person has internal resources for it; it is each one s choice! - The presence of the human being can be a bridge or a barrier. - Many people appear to contribute along the way, but few have the promptness to follow it. - It is essential to welcome our Humanity and it needs to be shared.

21 CO-CREATING A week after (11/02), we could built a second version of the prototype through the Social Presencing Theatre practices. (Picture 5.2) Representing the main holes identified on the first prototype version on Sculptures 1 and 2, we received some very important alerts that could allow us to refine some Guiding Principles: - The Shared Humanity, cared and sustained by many guardians, needs to be invited by the person to be part of his life. - It is essential that the human being extracts strength and vitality from his roots in this world and, at the same time, let himself be guided by the Greater Force. Only like this he reaches his real autonomy! - The human being needs to choose to use his will, being guided then by Grand Will. In this experience, in which few people from last week were in and there were many new, we felt the power of our body expression! But showed up the first conceptual divergence: what comes first, the shared humanity or the individual? We decided to stay in doubt...

23 CO-CREATING The third version of the prototype (18/02) passed through three steps: the first with a lot of conversation and explanation because there where people who had participated from the first and second version, separately, and joined a new one very inquiring. When we realized that we were in a trap, we went to the prototyping pressured by the time and without doing any practice to reach the interior quietness. And then each one of us got our own material and built our own structures without any exchange or co-creating process. At the end we got frustrated and very shocked when we realized that everyone was lying on the floor there was no life! (Picture 5.3) Then, again pressured by the time and fanning by our mind, we started to fix what had gone wrong. It looked a beautiful painting, but unreal. (Picture 5.4) From these processes, we learned: - Life is not perfect and the light only penetrates when cracks exist. - If we don t practice our internal leadership, we can t invite others to get in touch with theirs. - We have to prepare the field for an activity that requires integration between head, heart and hand. - The paradigm that the world is wrong, and that we can/should fix it, is still mandatory and push us to act from this place. - The individual intelligence is smaller and less powerful than the collective intelligence. - We have to prepare ourselves to navigate between two existing worlds: the one where the shared humanity offers autonomy to the person and invites him to, in a certain moment, realize the strength and the vitality from this humanity; and the second where people believe they create the shared humanity together.

26 CO-CREATING Thus, we got to the final stage of Prototyping focusing on Internal Leadership whose summary from systemic optic would be: The individual, when welcoming life s duality, assumes the responsibility by his own existence and expresses his will, honoring then his shared humanity. Next Hub s meeting (25/02), we had the opportunity to apply our prototype to a specific case: a Ronald McDonald s House, starting to embody the future that wanted to emerge in our lives. Willing to the learned lessons, we got 2 new people in the group, but we asked them to handle themselves to the flow already created: one of them assimilated quickly, but the other remained outside. The experience was like a dance, in a real and delicate process of co-creation. The images were emerging, the structures had being built from many hands, with movements and pauses. (Picture 5.5) At the end, each one of us could feel what was the tone of our individual contribution, being aware that it was totally aligned to our purpose and to our life s moment. In terms of the focused institution, we could recover the initial McDonald s purpose like a meeting point was being honored by this house that takes care of children with cancer and their families. But when we let us go by our minds and started judging the company actual marketplace, we came across with a physical structure from the organization (conic, in duplicity, like two Indigenous houses forming the M ), connecting Earth and Heaven, in other words, to life s service. And when, unintentionally, one of the people hit in one of them, we found out a pearl above the little house literally. We got a big gift that maybe leading us to really silence Voice of Judging and Voice of Cynicism and facing the Voice of Fear to apply our prototype of Internal Leadership on a very representative structure of current Capitalism (Picture 5.6)

29 CO-CREATING It was very rewarding and inspiring for us to participate of a presentation about an expansion proposal of House s Volunteer Corp by its leader, after this Embodying process, being aware of how capable we were to access the future that wants to emerge through the prototype we had built before this contact. Many of the issues and necessities exposed, we had already accessed for reading the prototype. When we didn t notice celebration of life on the House s day by day, we concluded that the base to start the movements of a new U, aiming the embodying of the prototype, must be the true love flow rescue, something inborn when the shared humanity prevail, expressed through the following sentence: Love is inviting other back to himself"
