I, Tim O Malley, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (No. 29 of 1998), after consultation with the Minister for Agriculture and Food, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2004. 2. (a) Part II of the First Schedule to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (No.29 of 1998), is amended by the addition of: European Communities (Certificates of Specific Character for Agricultural Products and Foodstuffs) Regulations 1995 (S.I. No. 149 of 1995), European Communities (Definition, Description and Presentation of Spirit Drinks) Regulations 1995 (S.I. (a) Part III of the First Schedule to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (No. 29 of 1998), is amended by the addition of: Council Regulation 136/66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organisation of the market in oils and fats, Council Regulation (EEC) No 1898/87 of 2 July 1987 on the protection of designations used in marketing of milk and milk products, Commission Regulation (EEC) 2568/91 of 11 July 1991 on the characteristics of olive oil and olive-residue oil and on the relevant methods of analysis, Council Regulation (EC) 2991/94 of 5 December 1994 laying down standards for spreadable fats, Commission Regulation (EC) No 1148/2001 on checks on conformity to the marketing standards applicable to fresh fruit and vegetables, Commission Regulation (EC) No 1019/2002 of 13 June 2002 on marketing standards for olive oil, Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 September 2003 on genetically modified food and feed (other than Chapter 3). (b) Part III of the First Schedule to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (No.29 of 1998), is amended by the deletion of: Council Regulation (EC) 1139/98 of 26 May 1998 concerning the compulsory indication of the labelling of certain foodstuffs produced from genetically modified organisms of particulars other that those provided for in Directive 79/112/EEC,
