What should I do if I receive error messages when trying to retrieve a forecast? Firstly, wait a few minutes and then try again. If the problem persists then please contact either your Carriers Customer Service Center or visit http://wireless.accuweather.com and use the appropriate form to report the problem to us. Occasionally, server or network issues may result in short periods when the service may not be available.
