Managing the payment means of international sales operations and determine the financial risk of the international transaction. Conduct business studies of interest to the business activity related to international trade, in accordance with the objectives. Perform management and verification processes of storage and international distribution, the company developed. Carry out any activity or assignment and related to the work performed by professional, demonstrating an attitude of resilience and respect. - Detailed programme of the training period: Company operation. - Tasks of the trainee: 1. Gathering, processing and presenting information Selecting sources for relevant information. Conducting interviews. Coding and tabulating information gathered. Compiling lists, graphs, or reports based on data. Applying statistical analysis to validate and interpret information. Consulting directories, lists, studies and other sources to get information on markets, customers, suppliers and means of transport. Consulting international data by teleprocessing. 2. Dealing with commercial documentation: pro forma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, booking form, despatch notice Analysing, classifying and arranging the documents in a dossier following company procedure. Verifying the documentation that accompanies each operation. Processing the documentation. 3. Participating in the preparation and development of negotiations relating to conditions for international buying and selling Requesting or sending information on products or services to suppliers and customers by telephone, fax or other means in the language of the specified country. Compiling commercial letters to customers and/or suppliers, delegations, representatives in the required language. Using mailing lists for sending correspondence. 4. Drawing up an international pre-contract of sale Preparing the contract documentation in accordance with international regulations and the commitment given by each party, depending on the incoterm. 5. Drawing up the necessary documents for imports/exports, receiving/despatching Identifying the details for European Union statistics declarations (Intrastat) and those for the Single Customs Document (SCD), certificates of origin, licences, etc. with third party countries. Checking with current legislation and compiling documents relating to exchanges between the EU and third party countries. Checking the details in the documentation and the documents accompanying the operation. 6. Dealing with customs documentation needed for export (NOPE or AAE) and import (NOPI or AAI) operations Checking with current legislation on shipments within the EU and exports to third party countries to enable the correct completion of documentation. Preparing documentation, taking into account the commercial system to be applied. Processing and dealing with documentation required by the Ministry of Trade. 7. Customs classification of the goods Identifying the customs classification of the goods according to the Taric Code. Completing all the documentation needed for the operation (customs invoice, certificate of origin, SCD). Calculating all the taxes and/or duties payable during the operation. 8. Processing transport and insurance Drawing up the contract depending on the method of transport (CMR, CIM, B/L, AWB). Checking that the incoterms are fulfilled. Contacting the insurers regarding any incidents during transport. 9. Organising the warehousing of the products Planning and controlling the movement of goods in the warehouse. Supervising and co-operating with the warehouse personnel. Supervising incoming goods and the accompanying papers, paying special attention to quantity, quality, and possible damage. Preparing warehouse documents: orders, delivery notes, invoices. 10. Stock control Preparing warehouse stock cards, making note of all stock movements. Checking the labelling and stock levels. Preparing stock inventory and calculating minimum and optimum stock levels. 11. Preparing basic and complementary documents for the different methods of payment Carrying out administrative functions for legalising or certifying documentation required by the destination country and the type of operation. Checking all the credit documents: amounts, dates due, documents to be included, orders of payment, etc. IT monitoring to ensure that all bank transactions are properly registered. 12. Looking for information on the money market Requesting information on exchange rates from the bank.

Checking currency rate fluctuations by computer, or in specialist publications. Preparing warehouse documents: orders, delivery notes, invoices. - Monitoring and evaluation plan: Every two weeks the student will send an email to his placement tutor and a copy of such an email to his tutor in the enterprise, in which he will describe all the activities performed during his working time. The enterprise will certify the development of the placement and the dates of the Erasmus mobility. Final report to be issued by the student. Bill of the train or plane ticket. This subject will be evaluated in the evaluation meeting that will take place in the Liceo Luis Buñuel in June, 2011 bearing in mind all the information provided by the above mentioned reports. III. INFORMATION on the PARTNER HEI in the HOST COUNTRY (OPTIONAL) Whilst keeping full responsibility for the placement and for any modification to this agreement, the sending institution has a local partnership with [xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] in view of helping with the monitoring of the mobility abroad. IV. COMMITMENT OF THE THREE PARTIES By signing this document the student, the sending institution and the host organisation confirm that they will abide by the principles of the Quality Commitment for Erasmus student placements set out in the document below. On satisfactory completion of the training programme the institution will not award ECTS credits. It will assess the student as qualified in his placement, and will state this in the student s qualifications certificate. Annex 5b continues QUALITY COMMITMENT For Erasmus student placements This Quality Commitment replicates the principles of the European Quality Charter for Mobility THE SENDING HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION* UNDERTAKES TO: Define the learning outcomes of the placement in terms of the knowledge, skills and competencies to be acquired Assist the student in choosing the appropriate host organisation, project duration and placement content to achieve these learning outcomes Select students on the basis of clearly defined and transparent criteria and procedures and sign a placement contract with the selected students. Prepare students for the practical, professional and cultural life of the host country, in particular through language training tailored to meet their occupational needs Provide logistical support to students concerning travel arrangements, visa, accommodation, residence or work permits and social security cover and insurance Give full recognition to the student for satisfactory completed activities specified in the Training Agreement Evaluate with each student the personal and professional development achieved through participation in the Erasmus programme THE SENDING INSTITUTION* AND HOST ORGANISATION JOINTLY UNDERTAKE TO: Negotiate and agree a tailor-made Training Agreement (including the programme of the placement and the recognition arrangements) for each student and the adequate mentoring arrangements Monitor the progress of the placement and take appropriate action if required THE HOST ORGANISATION UNDERTAKES TO: Assign to students tasks and responsibilities (as stipulated in the Training Agreement) to match their knowledge, skills, competencies and training objectives and ensure that appropriate equipment and support is available Draw a contract or equivalent document for the placement in accordance with the requirements of the national legislation Appoint a mentor to advise students, help them with their integration in the host environment and monitor their training progress Provide practical support if required, check appropriate insurance cover and facilitate understanding of the culture of the host country THE STUDENT UNDERTAKES TO: Comply with all arrangements negotiated for his/her placement and to do his/her best to make the placement a success Abide by the rules and regulations of the host organisation, its normal working hours, code of conduct and rules of confidentiality Communicate with the sending institution about any problem or changes regarding the placement Submit a report in the specified format and any required supporting documents at the end of the placement * In the event that the higher education institution is integrated in a consortium, its commitments may be shared with the co-ordinating organisation of the consortium
