There going to be a little incentive for each person. Bring them to your chapter I printed out two for each of you. I m going to put them online if anyone wants one. They must be filled out for a woman in a different chapter than yourself. I m going to be sending out a questionnaire to each of you in an email. It is so that we have a Panhellenic delegate bio to put on the website. Hope you guys have a good week! VP of Administration If you have not already sent me your report that you are saying today please send them to me by tomorrow. That way when I send out the minutes to everyone by Friday there are no spelling errors or wrong dates in them.

President Something that we are looking into coming up the end of this month is the deadline for SEPC. It is Southeastern Panhellenic Conference and is the end of March. The lowest registration fee, which is 295, is due by the end of January. We are looking for chapter presidents and recruitment chairs to go. Delegates if you guys are interested also I think it would be a really great opportunity for you. It s in Atlanta, GA and it brings together leaders of the Southeastern Chapters. It helps you come together and learn about chapter management, development, and discuss mutual problems and solutions. It is a really great opportunity so if you want to bring that back to your chapters and let me know who s presidents and recruitment chairs are interested by Monday please. They don t have to fill out an application yet just let me know who is interested in going because we want to do the registration process all together.
We have the MLK banquet right after this. The theme is enriching and reaching your potential. The speaker is Alonzo Jones he is actually the dean of students at ASU. For those of you who are going it is going to be a really great night. Good luck to all the girls doing recruitment and have a great week! Office of fraternity and sorority life For those last few people who need to sign up for learn to lead please do that by today. Each chapter should be sending 5 members. It is Saturday February 1 st 9:45 to 6:00. It is primarily for emerging leaders in your chapter. If you have any questions just get in touch with me about that. Still in need of one or two more philanthropy calendars. If you haven t sent that to me yet or you re not sure please have your president get in touch with me at the minimum your philanthropy events, but preferably your whole semesters calendar. My goal is for next week to give you all a calendar of all of CPA s and IFC s philanthropy events for the semester. Please send that to me as soon as you can. I know that a lot of you want to update your information on fs life page. Jasmine handles the tech stuff for fs life so I will give you her email update info jbenit11@fau.edu. You can give her two photos attached with the info to update the page. I suggest looking at other chapter s pages to see what information should be included. She is really fast about it so it should be updated within the next 24 hours.
