Sheathing damage in excess of the above shall be repaired Repair a breach or circumferential split in sheathing Aggressive environments -- repair all damage to sheathing PTI: Damaged areas shall be repaired by restoring the P-T coating in the damaged area and repairing the sheathing Commentary: with the Engineer s acceptance small damaged areas may be permitted without repair for tendons in a non-aggressive environment
