Advocate Joy has also specialized in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton, U.K enabling him to extend his professional realm to the Maritime world across the globe and is an expert on maritime claims. His in depth knowledge of law and its application in the maritime industry earned him the coveted position of Secretary General of Indian Institute of Maritime Law, Cochin. He has also present papers on International Maritime Law, in countries including US, Canada and UK. Mr. Krishna Prasad Managing Director of M/s Aster Marine Cargo LLC Mr Krishna Prasad, has over two decades of experience in commercial shipping spanning from chartering, shipbroking, ship-management, ship-operation, Container and Break-bulk Liner services and Forwarding. Mr Krishna Prasad has presented papers at many renowned International Shipping Seminars and Conferences. He has also been a visiting faculty in many Institutes and Universities, in India and in Dubai. He conducts corporate training programmes and is a consultant in shipping and logistics. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and is in the Leadership Team of the Supply Chain and Logistics Group and a member of the Executive Committee of the Institute Of Chartered Shipbrokers UAE Branch. Mr. Benny George Corporate Trainer, Head Training Division, CCMC Mr. Benny George a Gold Medalist in M.Sc. (Geology) and 1st rank holder in MBA; started his career in the Shipping Industry with Choice Trading Corporation; he later joined Maersk Line, Denmark and was eventually picked up by Sea Horse Group, Bombay. This exposure has enabled him to have hands on experience in every aspect of shipping industry. In the year 2000, he founded Success Unlimited, a corporate training organization. His skills as an effective Communicator, Trainer and Motivator made him a hit with many corporate houses in India. He is also a well known faculty member to many B-Schools and ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India).
