The sale information on the parcels of timber follows. The following conditions will apply on this auction: 1. Timber will be sold to the highest bidder for not less than the total appraised tract value. A percent bid must be indicated for the total appraised tract value. Cutting shall be in conformity with the forestry practices as outlined in the timber permit / appraisal. Bidders are responsible for getting maps, cutting regulations, contract information, and special regulations at the Aitkin County Land Department. Access to the permit areas shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder. Bidder also agrees to the attached cutting regulations. Contact the Land Department about the possibility of assistance on access road development on individual tracts. Sale information is also available on the website: http://www.co.aitkin.mn.us/departments/land/blowdownsale.html 3. All bid forms must be received in the Aitkin County Land Department at by 2:00 PM on August 31 st, 2016.
