TOTAL SERVICE FOR ENGINES BATS provides total aero-engine support, including maintenance, repair, overhaul and testing of commercial and military engines and engine components. BATS has over 700 highly skilled personnel and 250,000 square meters of modern facilities for engine maintenance, servicing more than 30 different engine types. MINIMIZING ENGINE DOWNTIME BATS applies the latest Quality Management Principles to its work and in its quality assurance system. The Lean Production Method and Kaizen are applied to continuously improve processes and techniques. BATS employs the innovative One Piece Flow system, ensuring the smooth and quick flow of parts and modules between stations until final engine test and delivery. Unique module production cells have been developed to increase specialization and decrease turnaround time. In-house repairs reduce turnaround time, allowing you a high level of engine availability and sufficient spares. 10

Specially trained operators, with computerized controls, are overseen by quality control inspectors who assure the highest quality standard. MAXIMIZING ENGINE PERFORMANCE Precision equipment and skilled staff allow us to achieve and surpass EGT Margin requirements and achieve a proven record for engine Time on Wing. Highly trained engineers perform your fleet's Engine Condition Monitoring (ECM) for early detection of discrepancies in engine parameter trends, allowing on wing troubleshooting or planning of shop visits. BATS's hi-tech laboratories can provide you with investigative services which identify problems and enhance engine performance. HI-TECH FACILITIES Our equipment and facilities are state-of-the-art with a working area of 250,000 square meters. The engine accessories shops utilize the latest equipment for bench checks, as well as computerized testing for the full range of engine accessories, main gearboxes, fuel nozzles, fuel manifolds and electrical harnesses. Seven advanced test cells cater to turbo-fan, turbo-jet, turbo-prop and turbo-shaft engines from 3,000 to 70,000 lbs thrust. The test cells, which have been approved by PWA, CFMI, GE, PWC and Rolls Royce, have user friendly digital touch pad systems. FLEXIBILITY We tailor our services to your specific needs. BATS leverages its MRO experience in order to manage your engine program and to maximize on wing performance while minimizing your costs. BATS provides customized maintenance agreements, developed in cooperation with its customers, such as PBH, PBC and Case-by-Case maintenance. Special payment plans grant you the flexibility you require to meet your financial needs and cash flow requirements. Lease engines can be provided in many cases, allowing you to maintain lower spare levels and reduce operating costs. 14
