Making life simpler. Imagine having just one card for your or the family s journeys. One card that is the same whether you are taking the train to Copenhagen or the bus into town. One that is simple to buy and that you can top up day or night. And one that is safe and convenient to use. Well you can get all of the above with the Travelcard (Resekortet). Easy and affordable. The Travelcard is the easiest and most affordable way to travel by our buses or trains. The Travelcard has two functions in one. If you travel frequently, we recommend the monthly option (Period) that gives you unlimited trips for 30 days on your select route. If you travel less frequently, pay-as-you-go (Reskassa) is the smartest choice. With this option, you add funds to your card and use it to pay the fare. You can travel by bus and train in great parts of South of Sweden, and you always receive a 20 % discount off the regular ticket price.
Autoload. Autoload (Autoladda) is a service that automatically top up your Travelcard when the travel fund is empty or the Period has ended. 3 days before the Period has ended or your travel fund goes below the value that you have set, the Travelcard is automatically topped up. The Period or the travel fund are transferred to your card within 24 hours after your Autoload is done and it is downloaded to your card when you put it against a reader in Blekinge. You can choose to Autolad your Period or travel fund, or the both of them. You can only Autoload Travelcards that are registered on My Pages. How do I use the Travelcard? Buy. If you buy the Travelcard in our Webshop at blekingetrafiken.se, it will be sent to you within two working days. You can also buy the Travelcard on the bus or at a sales point when you you buy a period card or add money to your travel fund. One card two functions. With the Travelcard, you have two options: If you travel frequently, we recommend the monthly option that gives you unlimited trips for 30 days on your select route. Then you always receive a 20 % discount off the regular ticket price. Top up. The easiest way to top up your Travelcard is in our Webshop. The money is transferred to your your card within 24 hours. You can also top up your Travelcard on the bus, at our sales points or around the clock in our ticket machines. Check your balance. If you want to check the balance on your card or check for how long your Period is valid, you can do this around the clock in the Webshop or in our ticket machines. My Pages. Register your Travelcards in our Webshop. Then you can block your cards if you happen to lose them. This way you will get a new Travelcard with the outstanding balance. Waiting Period. The Period on your card will not be activated immediately. You can buy your Period in advance and it will not be valid until you choose to activate it the next time you travel. Activate. If you travel by bus, you activate your card by holding it up to the card reader. If you travel by train, you have to activate your Period before you enter the train. You do this be using the activating bars located on the platforms at the train stations. On the bus. Once your Travelcard is loaded with Period travel, or your travel fund, you board the bus, tell the driver where you are going and then hold the card up to the card reader. On city buses (one zone) the price of your journey is deducted automatically when you hold the card up to the card reader. If you have both Period travel and travel fund on your Travelcard, the card reader onboard automatically registers the period. If you want to pay using pay-as-you-go, you must tell the driver beforehand. When you buy or top up your Travelcard on the bus you will be charged an additional service fee of 35 SEK.
On the train. If your Travelcard is loaded with Period travel you just efter the train. Don t forget that you have to activate your card before you travel so that your period is valid. The staff onboard will check that you have a valid card and receipt. If you want to buy a ticket from your travel fund you do this in the ticket machine or at the sales point at the station. On the boat. Only the Travelcard with Period travel is valid for archipelago traffic. You can also pay with cash onboard the boats. An exception is when you travel with the boat Sturköpendeln (M/F Flaggskär). There, the same rules as on the bus. apply. You can pay with your Travelcard (Period, pay-as-you-go), Läsårskort, mobile phone or using your credit or debit card. Only during the summer, you can pay with cash onboard. Useful information Paying for others. You can use the money on your card to pay for others, both on the bus and at ticket machines. Refill. Do not throw your card away when the time has run out or it is out of money. Use it again. The card is made out of plastic, so it will last a long time and can be used again. Think of the environment. And you also save money, since buying a new Travelcard costs 20 SEK. Not personal. The Travelcard is not personal and can be shared by other family members or lent to a friend. Damaged card. If your Travelcard stops working or breaks contact Blekingetrafiken s Customer Centre or hand it over to a driver on the bus. Travel in Southern Sweden. You can use the Travelcard pay-as-you-go option when you travel by bus or train with Blekingetrafiken, Skånetrafiken, Länstrafiken Kronoberg, Kalmar Länstrafik, Hallandstrafiken and Jönköpings Länstrafik. You can also use the pay-as-you-go option when you travel to Denmark with Öresundståg, but not when you travel with SJ. Transfer. When changing bus, hold your card up to the card reader and the transfer is registered automatically. The same goes when changing to the first bus zone when travelling on Öresundståg. The transfer time is shown on the receipt.
Ticket stops in Blekinge You are able to use cash or your debit or credit card to buy a ticket, from our ticket stops. You can buy your ticket using your debit och credit card from all of our ticket machines at the stations. On the bus you pay using your Travelcard, your mobile phone or your credit or debit card.
