SAVOR... As the exclusive in-house catering service for the BOK Center, SAVOR provides our suite holders with premier food and beverage selections for all events. All food is prepared on-site by our SAVOR... culinary team and our Executive Chef. The following is a guide to our policies and procedures for the suites. ADVANCE MENU ORDERING To ensure the highest level of presentation and service quality, we ask food and beverage orders be placed 3 business days prior to an event by 12 noon. Our Premium Food and Beverage office is available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We accept pre-orders by phone, email or fax. All orders will be promptly followed by a confirmation via email. Below is a list of our ordering deadlines: Monday Events.....order by noon on Wednesday Tuesday Events..order by noon on Thursday Wednesday Events... order by noon on Friday Thursday Events...order by noon on Monday Friday Events...order by noon on Tuesday Saturday events..order by noon on Wednesday Sunday events....order by noon on Thursday EVENT DAY ORDERING In the event an advance order is not placed within the requested time frame, the Event Day Menu will be available. An Event Day Menu will be placed in your suite for your use. Food and beverages intended for consumption on the property must be purchased through SAVOR...Bringing any food or beverage into the BOK Center is strictly prohibited. Although it is the responsibility of the suite holder to monitor alcohol consumption, the BOK Center and SAVOR personnel have the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to persons who appear intoxicated.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES Information provided upon placement of order determines the payment method for each suite. All suite holders will receive a computer generated check at the conclusion of each event. A valid credit card of VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS must be provided with your order for it to be processed. When placing your order, please provide us with the name of the person(s) who have authority to place additional Event Day orders and who have signing authority. For your convenience, a credit card number and list of authorized signers can be placed on file in our catering office and used to settle your bill for future events. You may also choose to have an automatic % gratuity added to any bills that are charged to the credit card on file for your suite or loge box. SERVICE CHARGE All food and beverage items are subject to an 18% service charge. The service charge is not a tip or gratuity. Your Suite or Loge attendant receives 6% of the service charge. The service charge is shared in the form of higher wages from all the suite team members, not just the suite attendants. It helps our company attract a better level of team members from set-up crew to clean-up crew and everyone in between. All of these team members are critical to making your experience here memorable. You are free but not obliged to add or give additional gratuity directly to your suite attendant. Gratuities are at the guests discretion and may be added to the guest check based on the quality of service received. Additional tips or gratuity for service, if any, is voluntary and at your discretion. SAVOR will provide an invoice copy via email upon request. CANCELLATION POLICY If an event is cancelled for any reason, your order will be void and you will not be charged for your order. We ask to be notified of all order cancellations one business day prior to an event so your order can be cancelled at no cost to you. If SAVOR is not notified within one business day, you will be charged the full cost of your order.

SPECIAL CATERING REQUESTS SAVOR would be delighted to assist you in planning any special functions in your suite. Please contact us should you desire to create a special menu or amenities such as flowers, ice carvings, or cakes available for your suite. Please allow at least 72 hours notice for special requests. Should you require food or beverage items not listed in our menu or have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact us at 918-894-4311 DRINK RESPONSIBLY The BOK Center, SMG, and SAVOR are proud to promote both enjoyment and safety for our clients and their guests. SAVOR has the exclusive right to the sale of all food and beverage service at the BOK Center. Please pour beverage consumption within the suite. Oklahoma State Law prohibits alcoholic beverages from entering or leaving the arena. Minors under the age of 21 are prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages. Alcohol sales will cease at designated times and consumption will be allowed through the duration of the event.
