Please find attached information pursuant to your request above. Questions 1a & 1b - Road Traffic Accidents a. The number of reported road traffic accidents b. The number of reported injuries due to road traffic accidents of all severity Please find attached information pursuant to questions 1a and 1b of your request. The data provides details of Process and Collision incidents at the location in question with also the junctions, where stated. We are however unable to comment on the Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) and Traffic Offences Report (TORs) tickets for the exact location (that is if the incident occurred at a

junction/s of the location) as there is not enough information on the tickets to identify that. Please refer to the attached document Question 1c - The number of killed and serious injuries The information you require can be accessed via TFL 'Collision Map'. This contains data for collisions in London since 2005 that resulted in personal injury and were reported to the police. The map can be filtered by post code or by zooming in on the map to see information about individual collisions. It can also be filtered by severity of collisions - slight, serious and fatal: http://www.collisionmap.london/ Additionally, TFL Freedom of Information Act team can be contacted via the link below: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/transparency/#on-this-page-7 Question 2a - Speeding Offences (including warnings issued as part of Road Watch schemes) a. To retrieve all data relating to all Roadwatch schemes would bring your request outside of the cost threshold allowed for Freedom of Information Act requests. TFL is working in conjunction with the MPS and City of London Police on Community Roadwatch. This road safety initiative aims to reduce speeding in

residential areas. Community Roadwatch will be in all London boroughs by the end of March 2016. TFL Community Roadwatch gives local residents the opportunity to work side by side with their local police teams, and use speed detection equipment to identify speeding vehicles in their communities. Warning letters are issued where appropriate, and the information captured helps to inform the future activity of local police teams. If you would like further information about the initiative, please contact CommunityRoadwatch@tfl.gov.uk. There has been Community Roadwatch operations in however not at the junction you have referred to in your request. A speed limit of 40mph is in operation in, Kenley CR8, between the junctions of Fenmore Road and Old Lodge Lane in the Metropolitan Police area. Standard Operation Procedure of RoadWatch states that Roadwatch events must only take place on roads subject to a 30mph speed limit. Since The Community Roadwatch Scheme commenced in August,1852 advisory letters have been sent to motorists and of those 114 were sent to addresses within the CR8 postcode area.
