PRODUCT PROFILE Pressure Transmitters & Pneumatic Transducer Airflow Transmitter, Differential Air Pressure Transmitter and Differential & Gauge Liquid/Gas Pressure Transmitter FEATURES AIRFLOW TRANSMITTER Converts airspeed into a 4-20 ma signal or a 0-10 VDC signal Linear output signal Fully electronic registration of airflow DIFFERENTIAL AIR PRESSURE 4-20 ma output signal 24 Vac/Vdc power supply standard Six variable jumper selectable pressure ranges, WC DIFFERENTIAL AND GAUGE - LIQUID/GAS PRESSURE TRANSMITTER Excellent long-term stability and high accuracy Backlit LCD for display of differential or gauge pressure Jumper selectable LCD backlight for low power consumption CURRENT TO PNEUMATIC TRANSDUCER Two-wire loop powered (Vdc only) Easily accessible wiring terminal blocks Quick panel mounting with supplied snap-track AIRFLOW TRANSMITTER The Allen-Bradley airflow transmitter from Rockwell Automation registers the airflow speed according to a thermal principle based on the fact that the cooling action of air increases with airspeed. The action is measured and converted to a 4-20 ma signal corresponding to airflow speeds from 0-8 m/s (0-1575 ft/min) or 0-16 m/s (0-3150 ft/min). Converts airspeed into a 4-20 ma signal or a 0-10 VDC signal Linear output signal Fully electronic registration of airflow AC or DC voltage supply Compensates for changes of air temperature Telescopic sensor facilitates installation Temperature output signal 0-10 VDC Fuse Protected Made with corrosion resistant material
DIFFERENTIAL AIR PRESSURE The Allen-Bradley Differential Pressure Transmitter from Rockwell Automation can be used to measure positive, negative or differential pressure in the ranges of 1.00" wc to 12" wc (25.4 mm wc to 304.8 mm wc). The piezo resistive sensor is ideal for monitoring the pressure for air or other clean inert gas and is limited only to those media which will not attack polyetherimide, silicon, fluorosilicone, silicone, EPDM and neoprene seals. It also features field selectable pressure ranges and output signal types for the most flexible application. Typical HVAC applications include monitoring of filter differential pressure, hydraulic/ pneumatic pressures, air flow monitoring or VAV applications. The output signal is factory calibrated and temperature compensated for highest startup accuracy and troublefree operation. Available options include accuracies, LCD and mounted static pressure probe. This is available in commercial and industrial versions. The industrial version comes with a gasketed ABS enclosure and a conformal coated circuit board. 4-20 ma output signal 24 Vac/Vdc power supply standard Six variable jumper selectable pressure ranges, WC Functional weather resistant ABS enclosure Optional LCD screen Mounted static probe option available Four switch selectable pressure ranges 4-20 ma output signal NEMA 4 (IP54) enclosure Pushbutton and remote zeroing terminal Uni-directional or bi-directional pressure range selection switch High / low port swap switch to solve incorrect plumbing for differential Normal or slow surge damping switch to prevent false alarms and reduce noise Output polarity reverse switch CURRENT TO PNEUMATIC TRANSDUCER The Allen-Bradley Current to Pneumatic transducer from Rockwell Automation converts a 4-20 ma input signal to a pneumatic output signal to position pneumatic damper and valve actuators in HVAC systems. The 4-20 ma input signal is used to control the 21-103 kpa (3-15 psig) pneumatic output. Two-wire loop powered (Vdc only) Easily accessible wiring terminal blocks Quick panel mounting with supplied snap-track High accuracy with low hysteresis Driftless operation with high repeatability AC/DC operation DIFFERENTIAL AND GAUGE - LIQUID/GAS PRESSURE TRANSMITTER The Allen-Bradley Differential Pressure Transmitter from Rockwell Automation is designed with dual sensors that enable it to accept high differential pressures in the ranges of 5PSI to 500PSI (0.345 bar to 34.5 bar). All models can handle overload pressure 2X the maximum full scale range and burst pressure is 5X the maximum full scale range. The Allen-Bradley Gauge Pressure Transmitter from Rockwell Automation is designed with a single sensor that enables it to accept high pressures in the ranges of 5PSI to 500PSI (0.345 bar to 34.5 bar). All models can handle overload pressure 2X the maximum full scale range and burst pressure is 5X the maximum full scale range. Features include field selectable pressure ranges and output signal types for the most flexible applications. Typical HVAC applications include monitoring of water differential and gage pressure. The output signal is factory calibrated and temperature compensated for the highest start-up accuracy. Excellent long-term stability and high accuracy Backlit LCD for display of differential or gauge pressure Jumper selectable LCD backlight for low power consumption applications
