Do not exceed the 165 Lb. maximum weight capacity. The Go Cart is for Off-Road use only. Maintain caution when turning. Avoid excessively sharp turns. Only drive the Pedal Car - Go Cart during daylight hours when natural light conditions are good. Do not drive at night. An approved safety helmet must be worn at all times. Assembly Your Pedal Car - Go Cart will require some minor assembly as indicated below. To assist you with assembly and operation please refer to the Operational Figures and to the Assembly Diagram on page 5 and the Parts List located on page 4. Before assembling, remove any traces of the packing grease from the Go Cart and wipe all parts thoroughly with a clean dry cloth. When cleaning do not use acetone, gasoline or paint thinner as these are dangerous to you and may also cause damage to plastic and rubber parts. Step 1) Step 2) Attach the Front Handle Assembly (B) to the Main Body (A). Slide the two (2) main tubes on the Main Body (B) into the Front Handle Assembly. Line up the holes and insert one Bolt (F) down through each side. Slide on Washer (F) and tighten into place with one Nut onto each Bolt. As necessary, attach the Handle Bar to the Front Handle Assembly (B) by lining up the holes on the Handle Bar with the holes on the round plate at the uppermost end of the Front Handle Assembly. Insert Bolts through the Handle Bar and round plate. Slide on Washers and tighten into place with Nuts (F)-see Figure 1. Figure 1 Insert Bolts Step 3) Step 4) Step 5) Slide each of the two front Wheels (D) onto the Axle. Slide on a Washer and screw in Bolt (E). Slide a Washer (E) onto each of the rear axles. Slide on the Wheels (D) and then slide on another Washer for each Wheel (D) and Axle. Insert Bolt and tighten into place. The position of the seat can be placed forward or to the back of the Frame. The Seat (C) has a post at the bottom. Insert the post into one of the square holes in the rear of the Go-Cart. Set the Seat according to the needs of the driver - see Figure 2. Operation Prior to operation of your Pedal Car - Go Cart make certain to apply oil to any moving parts. Oil should be applied to the Wheel Bushings, the Axles, and down into the Steering Column. The Pedal Car - Go Cart is moved forward or in reverse by pushing on the pedals. To slow down and stop the Go-Cart, pull up on the Brake Lever. It will push against the Wheel causing it to slow down and stop-see Figure 3. Brake Figure 3 Warning: Maintain a low speed for safety. Warning: Maintain caution when turning and avoid exceedingly sharp turns. Sharp turns may cause the Go-Cart to tip over, resulting in serious harm to the rider and possibly damaging the Go-Cart. After Operation-Maintenance Lubrication: STORAGE: For average use, lubricate regularly. Lubricate more frequently with increase in use. Store in a dry place to avoid rust and corrosion.
