The essay contest is open to all 3 rd, 4 th, and 5 th graders enrolled in the Rochester City School District. WHEN IS THE ESSAY DUE? Essays must be returned to HSE in the envelope provided and postmarked no later than Monday, December 10, 2012. WHAT WILL THE AUTHORS AND SCHOOLS OF THE WINNING ESSAYS RECEIVE? A winner will be chosen in each grade level.
