Ad Templates & Checklists This section contains examples & how-to guides to get you started running Facebook Ads. In this section, you ll find: Home Search Campaign This ad campaign shows you how generate buyer leads by promoting the home search feature on your website. Home Valuation One of the biggest question sellers have is: How much is my home worth? Help sellers answer this question (and capture some leads while your at it!) with this campaign. Just Listed Today, sellers want and expect you to market their homes online. With this campaign, you generate tons of buyer interest for your listings. It s a great way to differentiate yourself from the competition, and to potentially connect with future leads. Open House One of the biggest question sellers have is: How much is my home worth? Help sellers answer this question (and capture some leads while your at it!) with this campaign. Agent Branding This campaign is incredibly effective for getting in front of your farm areas and expanding your sphere on influence. First Responder & Sorting Email Templates Here you ll find the emails to send to four different kinds of leads you ll generate with the campaigns in this kit: sellers, buyers, expired listings, and FSBOs. When a new lead comes into the system, they re rarely ready to buy or sell. These emails will help you sort out who is ready to act now and who you need to keep in touch with until they re ready to act. In this section, you ll find: Home Seller These email templates provide a quick response after a seller expresses interest in information or services. Home Buyer These templates offer buyers your services and lets them know you ll continue to provide them with information to help them with the home buying decision and process. Expired Listing Tailored to expired listings, this is the first email in the campaign covered in this Marketing Kit. FSBO Tailored to FSBOs, this email is one contact point in the FSBO campaign.
