PRIVATE WINE TASTINGS Contact events@tasteunlimited.com (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) or the location manager for more information. We offer three wine tasting formats at each TASTE location. All tastings include the following: Capacity for groups between 16-56. A tasting event featuring 4-5 hand-picked wines. An educational handout of wines tasted, pricing and an order form. 10% off all wine purchases (night of the event only). Up to 1 hour of free event planning. All related staffing, as well as setup and cleanup time for the event. Additional food pairing and beverage options may be added from our Catering Menu and in store offerings. 1. Tasting Formats & Rates. Description Format #1 - The Social Format #2 - The TASTE 100 Format #3 - Sommthing Special This event is designed for guests that prefer a more socially oriented gathering. A TASTE staff member will open wines and provide tasting pours from featured wines, allowing guests to discuss wines among themselves and have fun. Wines featured are from TASTE s unique hundred bottle collection, emphasizing why you don t need to spend more than $40 to find a great bottle of wine. A wine specialist will lead this casual event, presenting each wine and providing topical information to the group. Similar in format to the TASTE 100 Tastings but featuring wines not necessarily carried on TASTE s everyday set. A Certified Sommelier or other wine expert will work directly with you to develop a themed tasting perfect for your group. With TASTE s access to thousands of wines from home and abroad, the opportunities are limited only by your imagination and budget.

Duration Format #1 - The Social Format #2 - The TASTE 100 Format #3 - Sommthing Special The tasting lasts approximately an hour and a half, following which additional wine or beer may be purchased a la carte. Pricing $20 per person The tasting lasts approximately an hour and a half, following which additional wine or beer may be purchased a la carte. Tiered pricing is as follows: Number of Guests Price 16 or fewer $400 17-24 $600 25-32 $736 33-40 $920 41-48 $960 49-56 $1,120 To Be Determined w/client Charges vary based upon the event. Good advice is to set a budget for your event and let us propose something that will be sure to please your group. Planning Tips 1 bottle of wine will yield 5 5oz pours for a more social gathering or approximately 8 tasting pours. For a social gathering, an average guest will consume 1 glass of wine per hour Decide which approach is right for your event Popular tasting themes include (but are not limited to the following): By Region By Varietal Old World vs. New World Vertical Tasting explore one region or varietal in depth Virginia vs..

2. Booking Fee. This signed Private Wine Tasting Agreement and the Booking Fee are required to reserve the date for your event. Until the booking fee has been paid, TASTE reserves the right to reserve the space for another party. 3. Event Confirmation & Deposit. A final head count and a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the event charges, including any food, is due at least 7 days prior to the event. TASTE will rely on this information for both staffing purposes and advance orders of food and beverages. If the deposit is not paid by such date, the planned date of the event will become available for booking by another party. 4. Final Payment. Final payment is due prior to the event. Authorization of a credit card may also be required at the beginning of the event for final settlement for all additional charges (for example, if open bar time is requested by your group). 5. Cancellations. Prior to 7 days before the class, the Client/Host may cancel and be liable only for the booking fee already paid plus any additional expenses, including event planning fees, incurred through the date of cancellation. Within 7 days of the event, cancellation will result in the Client/Host s forfeiture of any deposits paid and Client/Host shall remain liable for any further costs incurred by TASTE through such date, including, without limitation, event planning expenses and food and beverage purchases. THE FINE PRINT A. Normal Business. Note that, even for private classes booked outside of normal business hours, the retail space may remain a busy environment, with other customers finishing their experience and/or employees engaged in closing routines and/or preparations for the next day. As such, exclusive use of the space is not guaranteed. B. Food & Beverages. All food or beverage offered at the event shall be provided exclusively by TASTE unless TASTE approves in advance any food or beverage items being brought in from the outside. Client acknowledges that TASTE is subject to strict regulations promulgated by the Virginia ABC, and TASTE reserves to right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to the client or any of the client s guests for any reason, including but not limited to, lack of valid proof of age, intoxication level or guest behavior. C. Decorations/Media. Any decorations, displays or other media to be used in connection with the event will be subject to prior approval by TASTE. D. Promotional Materials. Client/Host must obtain TASTE s approval for all advertisements, invitations or promotional materials in connection with Client/Host s event, that specifically reference TASTE, or the address of the store where the event is being hosted. E. Form of Payment. Personal checks are not accepted, and prior arrangements must be made for corporate checks. Cash and credit cards accepted. F. Conduct at Event. Client/Host assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance at Client/Host s event and for any damages to any part of the premises or loss or damage to TASTE property during the time of the Client/Host s event. I. Attorney s Fees/Collections. The parties agree that, in the event that any dispute arises in any way relating to or arising out of this Event Agreement, the prevailing party in any such dispute will be entitled to recover an award of its reasonable attorney s fees and costs. Client/Host agrees to reimburse TASTE for the costs of collection of any sums owed but unpaid in connection with Client/Host s private event. J. Changes in Writing.
