The Location: The subject property is located on the north side of the Island Highway (19A) and east side of Dogwood Street and extends to the shoreline of Parksville Bay. The site is 0.9 km west of the Alberni Highway (4A) in the heart of Parksville s downtown core. It is approximately 35 kilometers from the BC Ferries terminal at Departure Bay in Nanaimo, 51 kilometers from the Nanaimo Airport terminal and 145 kilometers from Victoria. This scenic section of the Island Highway is part of the oceanfront route that runs from the south side of Parksville to Campbell River. The Improvements:2 The cold beer and wine store was added in 2006 and is located on the main floor adjacent to the parking lot.
