For safety reasons if ODC container / cargo is to be moved on Lowbed Trailors, Extra movement charges will be @ Rs 20000/- per ctr will be collected. It is presumed that all consignments (Import / Export) being received at CFS are adequately insured against all possible risk during transportation and storage and the Company (Seabird) assumes No Liability in this respect. 10. Delivery of container / cargo is subject to completion of custom & other legal formalities. 11. In case of congestion at port terminal, vehicle detention charges shall be levied appropriately 12.
