BASIC INFORMATION: ACTIVITY DATES: 04.10.2014-11.10.2014. LOCATION: HUNGARY, Téglás, Éliás Vendégház/Éliás Guesthouse https://www.google.hu/maps/@47.712402,21.661152,3a,75y,41.39h,83.64t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1s WLJIGAYlizuh8s1oMvUsHg!2e0 PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES: Spain Asociacion Juvenil Intercambia Latvia - Olaines 1.vidusskola Bulgaria - Young Leaders Students Club Hungary- Nyugattól Keletre Egyesület/West to East Association TEAM NUMBER: 5 participants + 1 group leader PARTICIPANTS: We are looking for youngsters between 18-24, who interested in sports, or would like to move more. Not necessary to be an athlete, more to be an average youngster. Please, take care of the gender equality. THE TOPIC OF EXCHANGE: The main topic of our program is the youngsters connection with sports. In the guidelines of European Union, which apply to the healthy lifestyle, the body exercise is on high priority as well. It is particularly worrisome, that overweight is getting more frequent among young people of the European Union. The main aim is to attract the youngsters attention of this important problem. We observed that neither schools nor the media deal with this case enough. Therefore we decided that we will motivate young people for activity through the methods of non-formal pedagogy. We deliberately set in many blocks, which are mainly outdoor activities, and besides we elaborate different themes in connection with healthy and destructive lifestyles. During the eight days of our exchange four countries (Hungary, Latvia, Bulgaria, Spain) 6-6 representative ( 1-1 group leader, 5-5 participant, altogether 24 person) will visit Hungary, to share their experiences. TO PREPARE Every nations have to prepare with the following works: - 2-3 energizers (30 min): short (mainly outdoor) games, which help us to wake up, and give energy to for the day Every nation will get an energizer block. - some country specific food/drink/dances/presentation, etc for the intercultural evening

- presentation about country specific sports (15 min)(which are the most popular sports in your country/city, results, underground sports etc. It s up to your creativity) - a presentation about your association (15 min) EXCHANGE Money: Travel cost for Spain: 2000-2999 km= 1620 /6 persons Travel cost for Latvia: 500-1999 km= 1020 /6 persons Travel cost for Bulgaria: 500-1999 km= 1020 /6 persons Since this year, in the Erasmus+ Program there is not any preparation cost, or 70% reimbursement. This is the whole money you can use for the exchange program as travel costs. If the travel costs take more money, we cannot give you more, you have to use your own. But remember, we need bills and invoices from your travelling, otherwise we cannot reimburse your travel costs. We suggest to buy the plane ticket soon, because it is cheaper! IMPORTANT: Always ask bills, invoices and save them!!! Travel: A. If you arrive by plane/train: IMPORTANT: You can go to Téglás from Budapest by train directly (it is a normal train). If you choose Intercity train (it is more comfortable, faster, but more expensive than a normal train) you have to transfer in Debrecen to another train to Téglás. We can wait for you in Debrecen train station. Here you can find the train schedule: http://www.elvira.hu/english/index.php If you can tell us the exact date when you arrive to Budapest, we can help you to plan your travel to Téglás. If you want, we can order a transport (minivan) to Budapest, to take you to Téglás and back (at the end of the exchange program). It is usually not more expensive, than the train, and the easiest and the most comfortable way to go to Téglás. B. If you arrive by bus: The accessibility of Téglás: The easiest way to come here by car is to go to Debrecen on the route number 4 and drive to Téglás, and turn down to the street Dózsa György (not in the petrol station). In the beginning of the street Dózsa György you can find the Éliás Guesthouse, which is a new building. GPS coordinates: 47.712408 latitude / 21.661249 longitude. Please use Google Maps. You type the coordinates and a green arrow will show you the Guesthouse. If you have any problem with the planning of the route ask me!

Ways of pay off if you arrive by bus: 1. You have a contract about the rent of the car. You should bring an invoice and the certified copy of the contract with an English translation. 2. You travel by a bus agency and you bring an invoice and the tickets of every person. 3. You travel with your own bus and bring the copies of the vehicle registration certificate and the driving license of the driver. We will count the real cost of your trip together according to the Hungarian legislation. LIST OF PARTICIPANTS Please fill the attached documents and send back in e-mail until the 15 th of August.
