Attachment A Ticketing modalities ======= 1. Tickets ======= Zed is a self-ticketing agreement for interline travel. All tickets to be issued in the AI booking offices on AI ticket stock against the employees ID card for the employee himself, Family ID card issued by AI for the eligible family members or a letter from the employee s admin division. A copy of the ID card needs to be attached to the audit coupon. =============== 2. Reservation status- =============== The reservation status shall be space available only, except for fares specified under confirmed basis in Attachment E. =========== 3. Class of travel =========== The class of travel shall be in the economy/ tourist/ coach classes only. ============= 4. calculation ============= The zone fares described under Attachment D / E -s- shall be applied at the level(s) bilaterally agreed. The fixed zone fare for each segment / ticket coupon must be shown in the " Calculation" box of the ticket. =============== 5. Child / Infant fares- =============== Children under the age of 12 pay around 67% of the adult zone fare. These fares are also updated by ZED on an annual basis. Infants i.e. under the age of 2, not occupying a seat, will pay No and will travel with a No ticket. ================== 6. Taxes / Fees / Charges ================== Applicable Taxes/ Fees/ Charges including Q surcharge, must be collected and shown on the ticket. YQ / YR taxes not to be collected, unless otherwise bilaterally agreed between airlines. Currently AI agreements all exclude YQ/YR. =========== 7. Ticket validity =========== Ticket validity shall be no more than three (3) months from the date of issue. The validity is to be shown in the "not valid after" box on each coupon of the ticket. ================================== 8. Ticketing for use on multiple zed participants ================================== The transporting airline's code shall be shown in the "Carrier" box of the coupon. "Valid Zed Carriers" or if space does not permit "Vld Zed Carrier" shall be entered in the "Endorsement" box of the ticket. 1

Tickets issued for transportation on one Zed carrier, may be accepted without endorsement by other Zed participants (provided a bilateral Zed concurrence has been signed). Examples (for illustrative purposes only) - Assumptions: AI has signed a Zed concurrence with LH at ZL level, and CX at level. AI has not signed a zed concurrence with BA. 1. LH staff presents BOM-LON coupon with fare, closed on BA, to AI check-in counter. As AI has signed a Zed concurrence with LH, the coupon can be accepted for travel BOM- LON on AI, provided Zed fare level shown on the ticket is the same as, or higher than the Zed fare level that AI and LH have agreed to charge each other. As AI and LH have agreed to ZL fares, the coupon may be accepted. 2. BA staff presents BOM-BKK coupon closed on CX, to AI. As AI has not signed a zed concurrence with BA, the coupon may not be accepted, even though AI may have a concurrence with CX. Refer to Attachment B for further details. ================ 9. Equivalent Segment ================ Equivalent Segment - Any city pair falling within the same mileage zone as the city pair shown on the ticket coupon. A Zed coupon shall be accepted for travel on an Equivalent Segment (without reissuance) provided that all applicable taxes/fees/charges are paid by the Eligible Person, unless otherwise specified by the transporting airline. Whenever possible, requests for exchanges or reissuance of tickets must be made to the Authorising / Ticketing Airline. If this is not possible, the Transporting Airline at its discretion may either reissue or issue a new ticket. Refer to Attachment B for further details. ================== 10. Additional information ================== As a security measure, the tickets must show the Staff No., and Date of Employment. Tickets shall also show the relationship, Date of Birth of the eligible person for eg. Son of AI staff, DOB 19Mar01 =============== 11. Tour code box =============== The Tour Code Box on the ticket must reflect the following : Characters 1-7 employees date of employment for example 17DEC79. Characters 8 and 9 are two character airline code (AI). The Tour Code will read as 17DEC79AI. Characters 10 and 11 are the rebate type code -12 for personal/space available and 07 for personal/confirmed space. Character 12 is the Employing Company category code: A through H, where A = the ZED participating airline, B= Subsidiary airline etc. 2

======== 12. Refunds ======== Tickets issued under this agreement shall not qualify for refund if used on a lower class/fare level than was actually ticketed. ====== 13. Listing ====== Many airlines require Zed passengers to list themselves on the flight they wish to travel on. Please check, and if required list the name(s), with the airline concerned, or follow airline procedures which are intimated by Industry Affairs. Some carriers insist on listing thru website WWW.FLYZED.COM USERID: AIC PASSWORD: 098 ====== 14. Embargo ====== Please check with the airline concerned. ==================== 15. calculation example ==================== Guideline for illustrative purposes only To calculate the Zed ticket price for a staff for sector PAR-GVA: First check TPM (ticketed point mileage) PAR-GVA. TPM is 249. -To issue a ticket on LX- Refer attachment on s to check which fare level has been bilaterally agreed to by LX and AI. LX and AI have agreed to charge each other level. Establish which mileage band TPM falls under. TPM 249 falls in Zone 1. fare level for Zone 1 is USD 19 ow (taxes extra) - To issue a ticket on AF for same sector- AI and AF have agreed to charge each other ZL levels. Hence fare will be USD 13 ow, plus taxes. (ticket on LX fare may be used on AF as fare is higher or same but AF ticket will not be valid on LX as the fare charged is lower) 3

If not, transporting airline may at their discretion action the amendments. Zed tickets issued to AI staff are valid for interline travel only, and are not valid on AI services. 4

Attachment C Travel Code =========== 1. Identification =========== Eligible persons traveling under the terms of this agreement must present proper identification upon check-in, and whenever requested by the transporting airline. Official proof of identity shall bear the photograph and signature of the individual. In the case of the employee, he or she must carry their company Identification Card. The transporting airline reserves the right to refuse travel if proof of identity cannot be provided ==================== 2. Dress code and behaviour ==================== Eligible persons traveling under the terms of this agreement must ensure that their appearance and behaviour are in line with the transporting airline's policy. As a rule, eligible persons should be dressed in accordance with public standards of good taste. This will normally mean attire suitable for an office, or smart casual wear. It excludes jeans, t-shirts, sweat-shirts, shorts, gym shoes, and similar extremes of casual wear. Failure to observe the regulations of the transporting airline may result in refusal to accept for travel. ============== 3. Travel documents ============== Eligible persons are expected to hold all pertinent travel documents such as passport, visas and health certificate required by the country of destination and points en route, in case offloading should become necessary for commercial or other reasons. ================ 4. Baggage acceptance ================ Each party shall grant eligible persons the Free Baggage Allowance normally offered to their commercial passengers. Excess baggage charges may be collected by the transporting airline, at its discretion, at the applicable rates. Compensation payable by the transporting airline to commercial passengers for delayed, misrouted, damaged or lost baggage shall apply also to eligible persons traveling under the terms of this agreement. ================= 5. Services not available ================= Travel taken under this agreement shall not count towards any Frequent Flyer Programme. Eligible persons are not permitted to use Zed participants' Executive Cards or any Frequent Flyer card to obtain any of the facilities allowed by possession of such cards, including, but not limited to, special lounges, ground facilities, special offers, Air Miles or similar schemes, courtesy or reduced-rate telephones and business facilities, upgrading offers and special assistance. Eligible persons are not permitted to request special meals or use of telephone check-in. ==================== 6. Unaccompanied children ==================== Children under sixteen (16) years of age may not travel under the terms of this agreement unless accompanied by an adult holding a similar discounted ticket. 5

================ 7. Code-share flights ================ Code-share flights not operated by the Zed participant are excluded unless otherwise notified by the Zed participant. Details are listed in Remarks column in the list below. ========================= 8. Non-acceptance / Deplanement ========================= Any expenses paid by eligible persons arising as a result of non-acceptance and / or deplanement will not be reimbursed by the party taking such action. Each party waives any claim against the other party in the event of such non-acceptance or deplanement. ======================= 9. Valid for Interline travel only ======================= Zed tickets issued to AI staff are valid for interline travel only, and are not valid on AI services. ======================= 10. Valid for personal travel only ======================= Zed tickets are valid only for personal travel, i.e. travel that is undertaken by an eligible person for pleasure and other purposes not involving any remuneration or business. Travel for purposes of company business, third party business or personal business is not permitted. 6

Attachment D s (Space Available)-ADULT & CHILD The Zed fare structure works on the principle of mileage (TPM). There are 9 mileage zones, and the fares to be charged for each zone are predetermined. There are 3 levels of fares in economy viz. ZL,, ZH (low, medium, high). Carriers bilaterally decide the levels to be charged on a reciprocal basis. E.g. for a journey CPH-NCE, a) if the flight is non-stop flight, issue one coupon, using Zone 3 fare based on TPM; b) if the journey routes via PAR, but with no change of flight number, issue one coupon, using Zone 3 fare, c) if the journey routes via PAR, and there are two different flight numbers, two separate coupons must be issued, and two separate Zone fares charged, Zone2 plus Zone 1. The total fare for the journey is the sum of the fares for each individual coupon. d) Finally, applicable taxes, fees and charges have to be added. Note: All flights over 9999 miles direct or via a point/s en route and airlines operating such flights want each leg to be ticketed separately. E.g.
