BizBuck$ Plan Roxanne Zimmerman Good Morning, PartyLite! As always, I'm so excited to be here with all of you and also so excited about our new and improved Join the Party sponsoring brochure and video. Do you all love it? So - are we all on board with the goal of earning $1,000 or more in BizBuck$ bonuses by year end? How about a giant North America pinky swear on this? Seriously the effort, the work you put into the next days, weeks and months is going to pay off for you with huge dividends. As you work toward your goal of $1,000 in BizBuck$ you will increase your sales, personal sponsoring and most importantly you will grow the size of your team, which is the number 1 goal of every Leader and future Leader in this room. So let's talk about a 7 step plan of action to keep us on track to earn our $1,000+ in BizBuck$. Step #1 Work the numbers. As Karen said, the average sponsoring of those who earned $1,000 in Bi Buck$ was seven. Think about how your numbers could play out when you sponsor seven new Consultants between now and year end. Future Leaders, when you commit to this you are going to promote out to Leader before the end of the year. Leaders when you commit to this you are going to be on your way to a BIG, happy Central Unit and lots of Profit Plus. So let s take a look at what seven new Consultants will do to your BizBuck$ bonuses: CHART ON SCREEN Walk them through the chart showing that out of the seven new Consultants three may be high producers; three average producers and we all know that there will be one to two Kit nappers, those who do nothing. From this conservative example and our experience, we all know that in order to achieve our goal, we need to set our goal higher. So let's break down our sponsoring goal of seven even further. You could say, "Well, that's very doable by personally sponsoring two each month August through November," but let's really go after these BizBuck$ early, and hey, why not earn them sooner rather than later? We are all coming off this powerful LITE14 experience, let's put all of our excitement, training and commitment to work immediately so how about this for your goal of seven July 26 Aug. 2 sponsor one August sponsor one to two PartyLite 2013, to be used only for PartyLite business Revision 1

September sponsor one to two October sponsor two November sponsor two In other words LET'S DO THIS! Let's commit to a push week, starting now and implementing all we have been trained to do to sponsor one new Consultant within the next week. REALLY who do you know? Who is dated on your calendar for this week? Who can you call today about your excitement with your PartyLite business and tell them how you would love to work with them and help them give PartyLite a shot? Now to achieve your sponsoring goal, it is necessary to commit to talk sponsoring every day. You have to go after it; you need to bring up the topic of the PartyLite business at every opportunity with everyone you see in the course of your day. Share the excitement of PartyLite with your family, friends and acquaintances. Share it with every Host and all your Guests. Share the fun you are having and offer information on how they could join you. We have these great new videos to help you sponsor.you need to offer PartyLite to everyone you meet! So with your goal in mind, where are your seven new Consultants going to come from? They come from three primary sources: your social circle, your out-andabout contacts and your Parties. Step #2 is for you to really take another look at your social circle and make a list - the definition of your social circle is not the 10 family members and friends you are hanging out with now, but it is everyone you know or have known on Earth since the day you were born. This is a huge source so identify those that you would love to have on your team, those who could use the income, those who love our product, call them or meet with them and share PartyLite with them. Don t wait. Start making a list of those people that are coming to mind. Write their names down in the action step column in your notebook. Star those you are going to contact this weekend for a nice PartyLite chat. We're going to take one minute to do this. PartyLite 2013, to be used only for PartyLite business Page 2 of 5

And think about this, from your social circle that you are digging back into to, if every person on this list introduced you to one of their friends, someone you don't know, you are then meeting a whole lot of potential NEW Customers, Hosts and NEW sponsoring leads to keep your business growing. Step #3 is to commit to look for sponsoring leads every day. Go about your day in a marketing mode. That just means you go with the focus and intent of finding a new lead every day. Be prepared with tealight totes, be prepared to get your contact's information so you can follow upend you just go out with an openness to initiate a light conversation with one or more people you come into contact with that day. Step #4 is getting your calendar in shape because we know there are new sponsoring leads at every single party it's up to you to go into each one with a laser focus on sponsoring, identifying the leads and actively initiating conversation about the business. Holding two to three Parties each week or eight to 12 Parties each month is going to create the sponsoring momentum you need. It allows you to meet the greatest number of leads at one time. That brings us to Step #5 Identify three sponsoring leads at every Party and try a different approach to sponsoring maybe something new you learned here at LITE14. Offer them the opportunity to start making income right away with the $99 Kit and/or send them home with the new Join the Party! Sponsoring Brochure. You know who to target.everybody! Book their Party, it can be a regular Party, a Grand Opening Party, a Starter Party it doesn't matter JUST DATE THE PARTY. Step #6 Immediately follow up with those who took home sponsoring information. Consultants and Team Builders, talk to your Leader about doing a three -way call with them. Make follow-up phone calls within 24-48 hours. With sponsoring starting to happen you need to work closely with them to influence their activity. The more success your new Consultants experience in their Brite Start period, the more successful you are and the more BizBuck$ you earn. Remember, you earn half of your new Consultant s earnings during their Brite Start! And that leads to Step #7 influencing your new Consultant s success. We earn our BizBuck$ bonus based on the sales of our new Consultants. The most important step I find is to hold the new Consultant's Grand Opening Party as close to their $99 Kit purchase date as possible. Even better, when they purchase their Kit and their Party becomes their Grand Opening Party, they experience instant profit and they are on their way to achieving their Brite Start rewards and earning income right away. In addition to the cash, when they hold a $500 Grand Opening Party ($750 for Canada), they will also earn their Kit bonus pack with all this. now that is one excited new Consultant who is on the road to a strong, successful and positive PartyLite experience! PartyLite 2013, to be used only for PartyLite business Page 3 of 5

Don't allow too much time to pass between a Kit purchase and a Grand Opening Party because the greater that time lapse, then the greater the chance that the Grand Opening Party somehow never happens or gets moved out even further and it slows down the entire get started process. One rule I have is, no party date; no $99 Kit purchase. It s very important to get your new Consultant s why? and build their training around it. This starts at Kit issue training timely initial training with your new Consultant. You got great training in your core breakouts on this. The key is to have a plan and process to train EVERY new Consultant. Constant communication with your new Consultant is also critical. My preferred way to communicate is by phone. It allows you to better connect with your new Consultant, but emails and texts also are effective to influence their activity, answer their questions, pump them up and keep them moving forward. Get them to monthly trainings immediately even if you have to drive them do what you've got to do. It's a fact that Consultants who attend their trainings make more money and of course the more money they earn, the more BizBuck$ bonuses you earn. You can also use Conference Call support to be sure your Consultants have the information they need and you can text reminders to them. And definitely direct them to the Learning Center for even more training support. Next: Party observations and dovetails are a way for you to retain Consultants and help them build their calendars. Set up two to three Party observations with your new Consultants. As a reward, dovetail bookings to them from those Parties to help build their calendar. Working closely with them will help to build a strong connection with EACH new Consultant. Some may not respond to you, but if you stay focused on the connection most Consultants will engage with you. So let's take one more look at our timeline and 7 step plan: 1. Work the numbers. Set a goal of sponsoring seven new Consultants with a specific time table starting with one new Consultant this week, 2. Use your list to identify sponsoring leads in your social circle and contact them now. 3. Make five new out and about contacts each week. 4. Get your calendar in shape. Personally hold two to three Parties per week and consistently meet enough people to sponsor. 5. Identify three sponsoring leads at each Party, date their Party and give them the new Join the Party Brochure. 6. Do a follow-up call within 24-48 hours with the goal of dating their Party (if you haven't already). 7. Work closely with new Consultants to consistently connect with them, influence their activity and to help them achieve success.
