ABS control module J104 for ABS/EDL and ABS/EDL with ASR Location: on hydraulic unit on left side of engine compartment. Do not disconnect connector (26 or 31-pin) before successfully completing On- Board Diagnostics. First switch ignition off then separate connector. Identifying feature: Externally, the hydraulic control units can only be identified by the different part numbers. If equipped with ASR, the harness connector for the ABS control module J104 has 5 additional terminals (31-pin).
