Descendants of Friedrich Ohlhausen Sr. Family History Generation One 1. Friedrich OHLHAUSEN Sr. was born on 5 Apr 1863 in Belz, Bessarabia. He was confirmed on 9 Jun 1878 in Bortscheag, Bessarabia. Friedrich married Luise Keller on 24 Jan 1887 in Alt-Elft, Bessarabia, and they immigrated circa 1891 to Cobadin, Constanta, Dobrudscha, Romania with the rest of the family where they farmed until 1940. In 1897 Friedrich was one of 52 German families listed as 'Evangelical' in Cobadin. In 1929 he served as village magistrate in Cobadin and they were part of the immigration back to Germany in 1940.
