Great Room Rental The rate for room rental is $75 per hour. There is two hour minimum for all rentals. When reserving the space, be sure to account for set-up and clean-up time. The rental period must include time for you, and your caterer, to set up for your event as well as tear down and clean up after. Due to the scheduling of other events, we are not able to give you, your guests or your caterer access to the Great Room until your contracted rental time. We understand that there will be instances when an extension to the rental period is needed. We are happy to accommodate such requests when possible. If you need to extend your event with us check with your server to ensure the space is not reserved following your event. If the space is available, additional time will be billed in thirty minute increments. Please do not bring items in advance of your event, nor leave them on the premises after the event. We do not have a place to store items prior to or after your event, and are unable to guarantee their safekeeping. Payment for wine and/or food served at the event, as well as the remaining rental balance, is due upon the conclusion of your contracted rental period. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express The Great Room is setup to seat up to 50 guests. Unless previously approved, we ask that you do not exceed this head count. For Open House-type events, The Great Room can accommodate larger parties. For the safety and comfort of our guests, the maximum occupancy of The Great Room is 65 people. The Great Room accommodations include: 50 chairs 11-30 30 tables 3-30 24 tables 2-6 buffet tables Deposits and Fees An non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to hold the date/time requested. This deposit will be applied to the balance of the rental contract at the time of final payment. The remaining balance is required at the conclusion of your contracted rental period. A valid credit card must be provided to the server at the beginning of your rental period to cover any additional fees. We ask that you leave our Great Room in the same condition of cleanliness and order as when you arrived. Should repairs and additional cleanup be needed upon your departure, The Winery at Wolf Creek reserves the right to bill those services to you at the rate of $50 per hour. Charges incurred will be applied to the credit card provided at the beginning of the rental period. A gratuity charge is not added to your rental fee however, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service an enjoyable experience and leaving a tip for your server is encouraged and greatly appreciated. Additional Policies We do not permit guests to bring additional tables or chairs to the facility. Wine glasses will be provided at no additional charge. So that we are able to ensure your event is successful, it is important that any special arrangements be discussed in advance and are detailed in the rental contract. We do not rent our outside/green space. If you rent the Great Room you will have full access to the outside along with our tasting room patrons. You may not reserve outside space or picnic tables for your rental. We are able to accommodate small ceremonies on the grounds, however chairs, tables and/or tents may not be set up. It is important to keep in mind that the winery is an agricultural business. Bugs, farm animals, pesticides, farming equipment and dirt are all part of the winery s charm. The public tasting room will remain open, so please be aware other winery patrons may be present. Guests under the age of 21 are welcome at The Winery at Wolf Creek. For the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests, we maintain a strict No Smoking Policy on the grounds. Smoking is permitted outside on the lawn only. Food Service We do not have a full-service kitchen. A prep kitchen consisting of a refrigerator/freezer, sink, small microwave and counter space is available in the Great Room. There is not an oven or stove in the prep-kitchen. You may bring in chaffing dishes, roasters or crockpots to keep your food warm. We are happy to provide a list of caterers for your reference. You may contract with any caterer or provide your own food. On-site grilling is only permitted by an insured caterer using a propane grill. It is your responsibility to notify your caterer of the policies laid out in this document. 2

We do not provide utensils, cups (other than wine glasses), ice, plates, napkins or serving utensils. You will need to bring in all supplies. In addition to wine, beer, soda, and bottled water are available for purchase at the winery. You are welcome to bring your own soda, water, and non-alcoholic beverages for your event. No outside alcohol is permitted. Wine & Beer Service A server will be in the room with you for the entire rental. For planning purposes, figure four to five full glasses of wine per bottle or 60 full glasses of wine per case. A case of wine is 12 bottles and can be mixed and matched. We do offer a wine case discount of 10%. Your server is there to help each of your guests find a wine they like. While all of our wines are available for Great Room rentals, we cannot guarantee the selection of wine available at the time of your rental. There is no need to pre-order or pre-purchase wine unless you request a specific wine that is limited in quantity. In that case it is recommended that you purchase that wine at an earlier date. In accordance with state law, we will not serve any guest who, in our sole judgment, appears to be intoxicated, nor will we allow any alcoholic beverage to be served to minors. Due to the limits of our state agricultural liquor license, no other alcohol (opened or unopened) is permitted on the premises (including parking lots and grounds). Bringing any other alcoholic beverage on the grounds is illegal and will be considered a breach of the rental contract resulting in you and your guests being required to leave immediately. Decorations and Entertainment We encourage you to bring decorations to enhance the atmosphere of your event, however we do not allow any decorations that may damage the facility. This includes but is not limited to anything that must be attached to the walls, may cause damage to the flooring, leave markings or residue on the tables/chairs, etc. Please ask in advance if you have concerns that the decorations you would like to use may violate our policy. No confetti or similar decoration will be allowed. Candles may only be used with glass globes. If you would like music, you will need to provide your own devices (ipod speakers/dock). You may hire entertainment for your event if you choose. Please notify us if you do. We reserve the right to remove or modify any decoration or entertainment which we feel poses a safety risk or nuisance to your guests or the general public, or which any of our employees believe is inappropriate. We do not provide tablecloths or rent tablecloths for the tables. The guest tables 3

do not need covers, but the two six-foot tables that are most commonly used for food will need tablecloths. Cleanup You or your caterer will be responsible for cleaning up at the end of the event. Tables must be completely cleared; trash must be collected and placed in the wastebaskets (including restrooms). The caterer s preparation area must be cleaned. All catering items left must be removed from the Great Room upon completion of the rental. We will provide replacement trash bags for wastebaskets and will be responsible for washing the wine glasses. The winery staff will vacuum the Great Room. You will be responsible for paying for any of the above cleanups which you do not perform, as well as any non-routine cleanup following a rental. Such charges will be billed to you at the rate of $50 per hour. The winery is not responsible for lost or stolen articles during your rental. The Great Room Rental Contract This contract, made the day of, 20, between Wolf Creek Vineyards Inc. ( us or we ) and ( you ).We hereby rent to you The Great Room ( premises ) from (time) am/pm to (time) am/pm on (date). A non-refundable deposit of $75 shall be paid in order to hold the date requested. You agree as follows: 1. No more than 50 persons can attend the event for which the premises are rented without prior approval. 2. An initial $75, non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date requested. You will be charged $75 per hour for your rental. 3. The remainder of the rental fee and any other purchases must be paid at the completion of the rental. In addition, a credit card number must be provided the day of the rental. Repair costs, cleaning expenses, and rental overtime charges are your responsibility and will be billed to the credit card. 4. You may elect to contract with any caterer or provide food without benefit of a caterer. If you do so, by signing this contract, you agree to abide by the policies established for licensed caterers. Failure to abide by the policies will result in forfeit of all deposits as well as possible additional charges. 5. You understand our business is of an agricultural nature and at times, it is necessary that designated areas of the premises be used for their intended purpose. 6. You will not bring, or allow anyone who attends your event, to bring any alcoholic beverages onto the grounds or premises. 7. You will be responsible for all persons who attend your event and their use of the premises in a careful, safe, and proper manner, in our judgment. You may not permit any activities, which in our sole judgment, may pose a threat to public safety or create a nuisance to the general public. 8. You agree that you will be fully responsible for anything that occurs on the premises during your event. You further release us, our employees, and officers from, and will indemnify and hold us, our employees and officers harmless from and against, any and all losses, liabilities, or damages (including attorneys fees), for injuries to persons or property arising from or related to your rental of and use of the premises, from any cause whatsoever excluding only our gross negligence. 9. Law prohibits gambling or games of chances on the premises. 10. You agree that you have been provided with a copy of and will comply with all the terms of our Rental Policies.
