Prečo vôbec hovoriť o otázke riadenia kvality v kontexte NSK? NSK by mala zlepšiť kvalitu tým že premostí trh práce a školstvo (aspoň z časti) NSK by mal byť nástroj ktorý umožní väčšiu flexibilitu (viac možných ciest) na získanie kvalifikácie NSK by mala zlepšiť medzinárodnú komunikáciu o kvalifikáciách Odporúčanie EQF vyžaduje existenciu riadenia kvality 1

Kvalita Riadenie kvality Kvalita je výstup Riadenie kvality je proces Kvalita môže existovať bez riadenia kvality Riadenie kvality samotné nezaručí kvalitu Riadenie kvality by malo zaručiť že: Ciele ohladne toho aká kvalita je očakávaná sú jasne definované Informácie o tom aká úroveň kvality je dosahovaná sú systematicky spracované Nedostatky sú identifikované Kroky potrebné k zlepšeniu sú prijaté a zavedené 2
