RULES 1. All birds to be staged by 8.00 a.m. June 9th 2. We are staging a three day show and, in fairness to exhibits, the Committee will allow any exhibits to be removed from the show on Friday, providing that the exhibitor replaces the same number taken with the same variety of birds. 3. Exhibits shall not be removed until after 5.30.pm on June 11th 4. Any protest must be in writing and accompanied by a deposit of 5.00 delivered to the Secretary before 2.00pm on June 9th. 5. All exhibits will be in the care of experienced fanciers but no responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage, or for birds not collected before 6.00pm on 11th June. 6. Exhibits must be staged in standard show cages. 7. All exhibitors/entrants are advised to cleanse and disinfect the show cages, crates or baskets before the event and to cleanse and disinfect on return to the home premises and before they are used to hold any other bird. 8. Entries will be accepted on 8 th June ( evening ) before 9.00pm. 9. Any sale birds will be limited to 2 per show cage. 10. On all other matters, normal Show rules apply.
