Rules of coordination exercise I. Ø The purpose of exercises with high level of coordination is to bring the players to extreme game situations Ø Exercises with high level of coordination have their own philosophy. Coach has to explain it and players have to accept it. Ø Exercises must balance on the edge of players skills possibilities.
Rules of coordination exercise II. Ø There is the necessity to do exercises for longer times and periodically. Ø Exercises with high level of coordination should be part of the ice session beginning in early childhood. Ø Exercises have to be explained theoretically first and understood before the players go on the ice.
