AGILITY TRIAL- October 2 The CSPCA Agility Trial will be held at The Net in Palmyra, PA concurrently with the Lancaster Kennel Club. There is a separate trial on Saturday at the same location run by Lancaster Kennel Club. This is a beautiful indoor site on sprint turf with climate control. We are looking for a few volunteers to help run the show on Sunday. Services will be located at Terry Faulkner s vendors table. HEALTH SCREENING SERVICES OFFERED OFA Thyroid: The cost will include the Thyroid Test through MI State University, Postage and Handling, OFA Certification Fee. Dogs must be 12 months or older. Cost: $90.00. OFA Patella: The cost will include the Patella Exam Fee, OFA Certification Fee, Processing of Paperwork, Postage and Handling. Dogs must be 12 months or older. Cost: $30.00. AKC DNA Kits: This is a Group Discount, cost will be $40. ALL DNA Kits must be sent in together for us to get this discount. If you would like to parcipate and get your dog AKC DNA tested but your dog will not be at Nationals, PLEASE contact me and I will make special arrangements to get your Kit to and from you.

SEMINAR- Dr, Linda Tintle- Wednesday October 5 Come hear Dr. Linda Tintle, DVM from 1-3 on Wednesday afternoon. She will be talking about the updated Information on DNA SPAID Test. She has graciously agreed to present this seminar at our National Specialty Show. She will be updating us on all the latest research news as well as giving information on the genetic test that has been developed to assess individual risk for SPAID which includes Shar-Pei Fever, amyloidosis, otitis and cutaneous vesicular hyaluronosis (bubbles of mucin). You will not want to miss this seminar whether you are a breeder or just interested in the health of the breed. Mark your calendars and plan your schedules so you can attend.
