Screenshots of relevant Mac OS user interface are taken from a Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan Operating System; screenshots may vary across different versions of Mac Operating System. Webstore layout and design may vary periodically. The crucial steps should not differ unless updated guide is released. 1. Pre-requisite Your ichat Email account must be setup and ready. ichat Email address format is namexxx.yy@ichat.sp.edu.sg. 2. Managing your webstore account 2.1. Go to http://sp.onthehub.com. 2.2. Click on Forgot username or password. 2.3. Enter with your username as pxxxxxxx@sp.edu.sg (where xxxxxxx is your admission number). Click on Submit. Note: Please login to check your ichat email via http://mail.office365.com 2
3. Sign-in to web-store 3.1. Click HERE(or browse to http://sp.onthehub.com) 3.2. Sign-in with your username as Pxxxxxxx@sp.edu.sg (where xxxxxxx is your admission number) and password and then click on Sign In. 4. Download and Install Adobe Creative Cloud 4.1. After Sign In click on Home 4.2. Click on Adobe tab and then click on Adobe Creative Cloud. 3
4.3. Click on Add to Cart. 4.4. Click on Check Out". 4.5. Click on I Accept. 4.6. Fill in your Last Name, First Name and Email as Pxxxxx@sp.edu.sg. Click on Proceed with Order. 4
4.7. Take note of the redemption code, you will need it later, and then click on Redeem Now! This Redemption Code is only valid for 1 Year. 4.8. You will be redirected to Adobe Web Site (https://creative.adobe.com/educard). IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure that your username is entered correctly. 5
4.9 Create the Adobe ID as Pxxxxxxx@sp.edu.sg (where xxxxxxx is your admin no). For security reason, DO NOT advise that you use the same password as your SPICE account. Note: Please take note of your Adobe ID and password, you will need it launch Adobe CC applications. Do not use your personal email for this purpose. 4.9. Enter your Redemption Code and then click on Activate Membership. Note: The redemption code CANNOT BE USED AGAIN once you activated your membership, this action is IRREVERSIBLE, please ensure that you remember the Adobe ID and password. 4.10. Click on Get Started and you will be redirected to https://creative.adobe.com/products to download Adobe CC application. 6
4.11. Click on Get Started and followed by Download. 4.12. Select under My Skill level with Creative Cloud: as Beginner Select under I am a: as Student Select under I am downloading Creative Cloud for: as My own nonprofessional use Then click on continue 7
4.13. Download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application. 4.14. If Prompt to ask to download as Administrator, Key in your Admin Username and Password 4.15. Let the Creative Cloud Install 4.16. Sign in into your Adobe using your email and password under adobe account 4.17. Once Sign in, Click on the Apps tab to view the list of Adobe Applications 8
4.18. Subsequently installing the Adobe application(s) that is required by your course through the Desktop Application. 5. Updating and/or Install additional Adobe applications Reference: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud 5.1. To check for update(s) or install additional Adobe application(s) at a later time. Search and launch Adobe Creative Cloud application. 9
5.2. If you are prompted to sign in with your Adobe ID, sign in with the Adobe ID you activated the membership on. 5.3. You will see any updates that are available and a list of Adobe CC applications. End of Configuration. 10
