I. METHOD OF SELECTING CANDIDATES : The selection of candidates shall be done through the studying of files by the structures provided for by Order No. 040/CAB/PM of 18 February 2011 to lay down the organization framework of the operation for the special recruitment of 25,000 young graduates into the Public Service for the 2011 financial year. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS The recruitment shall be open to all Cameroonians who fulfil the following conditions: - Meet all requirements for entry into the Public Service; - Be at least 17 years old and at most 40 years old as at 30 April 2011. IV. FILE COMPOSITION
Candidates complete application files shall be submitted, against a receipt, at the regional Delegations of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform and the following Cameroon diplomatic missions:, latest 8 April 2011. The files shall comprise the following documents: N.B. : 1. A folder bearing the region where file is submitted, candidate s full names, nature of certificate presented, specialization and the job position solicited; 2. A filled recruitment form bearing a fiscal stamp. Forms are available at Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform, its Regional Delegations or on the website: www.minfopra.gov.cm; 3. A certified true copy of birth certificate signed by a competent civil authority (Mayor, DO, SDO, Governor) ; 4. A certificate of non-conviction not more than three months old; 5. A certified true copy of the required certificate signed by a competent civil authority; 6. A photocopy of certificate presented by candidate (No stamp required); 7. A photocopy of marriage certificate (where applicable); 8. A photocopy of order on the equivalence of the certificate presented or a photocopy of the receipt attesting the submission of an application for the establishment of equivalence of certificate issued by the Ministry of Higher Education; 9. A photocopy of the National Identity card or passport; 10. A medical certificate issued by a public sector Medical Officer, not more than three months old; 11. 4 (four) passport-size photographs; 12. An information form certified by the competent administrative authority; 13. Two filled-in ANTILOPE forms which can be downloaded from the website: www.minfopra.gov.cm; 14. Two duly filled-in individual information forms which can be downloaded from the website: www.minfopra.gov.cm; 15. A ten-year bond to serve at least ten continuous years in the government service chosen; 16. A stamped self-addressed envelope. - EXECPTIONALLY, NO REGISTRATION FEE SHALL BE REQUIRED. - incomplete or late files or files containing documents not signed by the competent authorities shall be simply rejected. - Candidates are requested to submit ONLY ONE FILE IV. RECRUITMENT CONDITIONS Pending the authentication of their certificates, successful candidates shall be recruited on the basis of a contract as State employees governed by the Labour Code. Salaries shall be calculated on the basis of those provided for by the scale applicable to State employees governed by the Labour Code..
