Where to find the eservice Tracking Get started 1 Just visit the eservice portal via the URL eschenker. dbschenker.com 2 There are two options to track your shipment: You either use the shortcut on the left navigation bar and search via the DB Schenker reference number. Tracking by DB Schenker Reference 6 The DB Schenker Reference needs to be entered. This can be: STT No., HAWB, Direct AWB, HB/L, Direct B/L or Container No. Afterwards the search can be started with a click. Shipment Overview The new installed progress bar visualizes directly most important information at one glance from Customer Booking up to final Customer Delivery. 2. Shipment Details The shipment details overview shows you the main information related to the physical transport. 3. Package Information This section on package level provides you with details of your shipment itself. 4. Shipment Event Details For an even more detailed overview open the shipment event details for review of the individual process steps of your shipment. Tracking by Customer Reference 8 The alternative search via the Customer Reference, requires additional input. The reference type has to be selected and a reference number entered. The user may enter additional criteria based on transport mode and date range.
