A GENERAL SECTION 1 Application The following Tariffs shall be applicable at the Terminal. All rates are in Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. 2 Documentation Documentation shall be delivered to ADT at least 48 hour prior to Vessel s arrival. The documentation shall include, but not be limited to: Discharging vessels: Cargo stowage plan Cargo manifest Hazardous cargo declaration (in the absence of hazardous cargo a NIL declaration must be made) MSDS list for shipments Loading vessels: Customs endorsed export declaration (for each consignment) Cargo stowage plan Cargo loading list Hazardous cargo declaration (in the absence of hazardous cargo a NIL declaration must be made) MSDS list for shipments Late submission of each file: Item Text 2.1 Per document 700.00 3 Waste Disposal 3.1 The usage of garbage skips for garbage disposal is mandatory for all the Vessels in the Terminal. 3.2 Charges for the use of skips and disposal of garbage per vessel call AED 130 per skip 3.3 Should Vessels require additional skips, charges for skip and for each move associated with the transportation for positioning and/or emptying the skip will apply. 3.3.1.a Additional charges per skip 260.00 3.3.1.b Transportation for additional skip 200.00 3 P age

B CONTAINER HANDLING SECTION 101 Loading and Discharging of Containers 101.1 The rates in this Item 101 include all overtime with the exception of declared Public Holidays. Up to 20 Discharging Loading Full 412.00 412.00 Full transshipment 363.00 Empty 150.00 250.00 Empty transshipment 254.00 Over 20 Discharging Loading Full 650.00 650.00 Full transshipment 484.00 Empty 302.00 335.00 Empty transshipment 330.00 102 Volume Discounts 102.1 Volume discounts may be available upon request from Terminals Users. 102.2 To qualify for Volume s, Terminal Users must submit a letter of guarantee before discount rates can be applied. 102.3 When a Terminal User fails to achieve the number of moves to which it has committed, ADT reserves the right to render a supplementary invoice to adjust the rates accordingly. 103 Conditions and Services 103.1 The above rates (items 101 & 102) are based on the conditions and services listed below. Where these are not met, ADT reserves the right to render additional invoices. That the loading or discharging is not delayed or interrupted by Cargo not ready for handling. That reporting and documentation is in accordance with Legal Requirements. Volume discount figures do not include restows or shifting onboard. Transshipment Containers loaded or empty count as one move only. Direct delivery is not allowed except under special circumstances, with the prior approval of ADT. Discharging - one Container move from stowed position in Vessel to point of rest in the Container yard. Loading - one Container move from point of rest in the Container yard to stowed position in Vessel. 4 P age

103.1.i 103.1.j 103.1.k Transshipment - one move from stowed position in Vessel to point of rest in the Container yard, and one move from point of rest in the Container yard to stow position in Vessel. Lashing and unlashing, provided that all lashings are of the quick release type and are supplied by the Vessel and excessive under deck lashing is not required. Cranage, horizontal transportation, stacking equipment and labor as required. 104 Hazardous Containers 104.1 Containers loaded with Hazardous Cargo will be charged the following additional to the rate listed in Items 101 and/or 102: Container size All sizes Additional 50% THC as per items 101 and/or 102 104.2 Containers with undeclared, poorly stowed or incorrectly packaged or labeled dangerous goods will receive penal charges per incident, depending on the severity of the incident, the extent of the safety violation, and the repetitive nature. Penal charge for all IMDG class except class 1, 7, 5.2 2,400.00 Penal charge for IMDG class 1, 7, 5.2 22,000.00 104.3 Any Container found leaking shall be shifted to Leaking Container Area (LCA) and kept under supervision. After inspection, if necessary, Hazmat Operation shall be carried out. The charges will be as follows: 104.3.a Inspection of Container, including shifting 295.00 104.3.b Hazmat operation, if required. Cost for materials, labor and equipment 950.00 will be charged additionally. 104.3.c Leaking Container monitoring, per day 195.00 104.4 Containers containing Motor Fuel Anti-Knock Mixtures, IMO Class 6.1, UN No. 1649, IMDG Code Page 6199 (Octel Tanks) will be subject to a daily storage charges after the free time: Item Free time 104.4.a Import or Export: 2 days 600.00 104.4.b Transshipment: 10 days 600.00 104.5 Gas Lighter Containers of IMO class 2.1, upon discharge from Vessel, will be opened for ventilation and re-sealed. ADT may strip the overweight Container(s) or return them to the Terminal User at the sole discretion of ADT. This charge covers extra work such as plugging, unplugging and monitoring of the temperature. No maintenance will be performed on malfunctioning reefers. ADT will notify the Agent and report malfunctions as soon as discovered. ADT will not assume responsibility for power failure. ADT will arrange reefer repairs to the machinery on request at an additional cost. Reefer monitoring, per 24 hours or part thereof 150.00 8 P age

112 Delays to Crane 112.1 If loading or unloading is delayed, after the first 30 (thirty) minutes of the vessel being alongside, the following charge will apply: Delays per crane, per hour or part thereof 1,500.00 113 Cancelled or Postponed Berthing 113.1 If the Terminal User desires to cancel or postpone berthing, it must give ADT advance notice of 24 (twenty-four) hours, otherwise ADT reserves the right to invoke item 112 against the Terminal User. 114 Overtime on Public Holidays 114.1 Normal overtime is included in the handling rates listed in the Tariff, but overtime will be charged for work on declared public holidays as follows: Hours worked on declared public holidays, per gang hour or part thereof 282.00 115 Knocking Down Flats 115.1 The following charge will apply: Knocking down flats, per unit 66.00 116 Fitting and/or Removing Tarpaulins 116.1 The following charges will apply: Container size 20 Fitting or removing tarpaulin, per unit 114.00 Over 20 Fitting or removing tarpaulin, per unit 204.00 117 Removing/Applying Placards 117.1 The following charges will apply: 117.1.a Removing placards, per Container 36.00 117.1.b Applying placards, per Container 36.00 117.1.c Cost of each placard 48.00 9 P age

From the time a Container is marked for auction/disposal, the daily storage charges will reduce as follows: Container size and type Any size and type Storage charge after being marked for 13.00 auction/disposal, per day 10 P age

These charges will be to the respective Terminal User s account. 120 RoRo Vessels at the Terminal 120.1 All Containers will be charged at the Container Tariff rates. 120.2 s for General Cargo and Stevedoring are available on request. 120.3 s for utilization of Terminal resources to effect delivery of inbound Ro-Ro items from Point of Rest, or receive to Point of Rest for outbound items, are available on request. 121 Storage of RoRo Trailers and Flats 121.1 Ro-Ro Trailers and Flats will be billed at the appropriate Container storage rate as set out in item 110. 122 Bundling of Empty Flat Racks or Mafis 122.1 The bundling of empty flat racks is done in the Terminal upon official request from Terminal User. The rate below includes shifting, stacking and lashing. Bundling of empty flat racks or mafis, per unit 240.00 Note: For all units loaded as bundles, THC will be charged per unit 123 Processing Charges 123.1 Processing charges are invoiced as follows: 123.1.a Document processing charge, per document 48.00 123.1.b Document processing charge per container for CFS/ICR* 20.00 123.1.c Truck visit appointment fee, per online appointment 24.00 123.1.d Truck visit appointment fee, per appointment over counter 48.00 *CFS- Containers moving in to Container Freight Station (CFS). ICR- Containers moving in to Customs Inspection due to Inspection Container Request (ICR). 124 RFID Tags for Transport Vehicles Entering the Terminal 124.1 Charges related to RFID tags for Transport Vehicles entering the Terminal are as follows: 124.1.a Permanently fixed tags, per tag incl. installation 420.00 124.1.b Temporary tags, per tag incl. installation per visit. A refundable 60.00 deposit of 420.00 must be paid 124.1.c Removing and/or replacing tags, per occurrence 78.00 124.1.d Tag inspection without repair, per occurrence 42.00 11 P age
