Ground rent charges for Reefer cargo in containers whether Import or Export, 200% of the normal rate. (For F/R & ODC, 3 times of the normal rate) 3. H&T Charges for & 45' containers will be 2.5 times respectively, the per TEU rates, unless specified otherwise. 4.Special handling charges of Rs.1000/- per TEU/per shipping bill or bill of entry for a maximum of 3 vehicles or Rs.1000/- per vehicle will be charged extra if 10 ton fork-lift is used for loading/unloading cargo. 5. The chocking & lashing rates are applicable for standard design. Any additional materials will be charged extra. 6. Taxes including service tax, wherever applicable will be charged extra. 7. For safety reasons if ODC container / cargo is to be moved on Lowbed Trailors, Extra movement charges will Rs 20000/- per ctr will be collected. Formal normal ODCs, vehicle detention Charges for On-hook delivery will be Rs 6000/- for TEU and Rs 10000/- for feu 8. Ground rent / storage charges for Hazardous container / cargo will be 1.5 times of the normal rate. 9. It is presumed that all consignments (Import / Export) being received at CFS are adequately insured against all possible risk during transportation and storage and the Company (Seabird) assumes No Liability in this respect. 10. Delivery of container / cargo is subject to completion of custom & other legal formalities. 11. In case of congestion at port terminal, vehicle detention charges shall be levied appropriately 12. 7 A) FULL CONTAINER LOAD (FCL): IMPORT A-2.1 Composite Charges for CFS Destuffing Bag Cargo (25 to 50 Kg) /Crated Stone / Cotton Powder / Dirty / etc Bulk / Scrap / Stone Block / Cargo in less than 25 Kgs Bags) / Box Composite charge for de-stuffing includes : 1) CFS Destuffing of Import container activities include: i)grounding of Loaded container for Custom Examination, seal cutting on written request from the CHA against Custom Permission + valid DO of Line+payment of relevant charges, de-stuffing the container and direct delivery onto CHA nominated truck/trailer. If the container is de-stuffed and the cargo/commodity is stored in our warehouse/yard for delivery at a later time, delivery onto trucks/trailers will be effected on payment of SSR charges. 2) For HAZ / Reefer Container, H&T charges will be 1.5 times of normal Charges 3) For ODC Container, H&T charges will be 2 times of normal Charges 4) On above handling charges an amount of Rs. 500/- per TEU as fuel surcharge shall be applicable as extra A-2.2 Composite Charges for Container Seal Verification / Custom Examination and Ldd Delivery from CFS Composite charge include: 1) Transportation from Terminal Yard to CFS, Lift Off at CFS, placing of container at customs examination seal breaking, lift on of container for final delivery 2) For HAZ / Reefer Container, H&T charges will be 1.5 times of normal Charges 3) For ODC Container, H&T charges will be 2 times of normal Charges A-2.3 Import Cargo Storage (From Date of De-Stuffing at CFS) Days ) On above handling charges an amount of Rs. 500/- per TEU as fuel surcharge shall be applicable as extra Over 15 Days * For Haz / ODC Cargo, Storage Charges will be 2 times of Normal Charges A-2.4 Import Laden Container Ground Rent Charges Days 45' Days NIL NIL NIL Days Days Days Days Days Days Days Days Days Over 90 Days * For Haz / ODC Container, Storage Charges will be 2 times of Normal Charges Per Ton / Per Day Days Days Days 75.00

Payable at Gandhidham PD Account system is available for clients for ease transactions It is presumed that all consignments (Import / Export) being received at CFS are adequately insured against all possible risk during transportation and storage and the company (Seabird) assumes No Liability in this respect Levies / Penalties imposed to by Government, Judicial, Quasi Judicial authorities will be recovered from concern Party Prior to Movement of Export Container or Delivery of Import Cargo, All CFS dues should be paid Service Tax and other Government levies shall be applicable at the prevailing rates at the time of billing Movement request for export container should be given 24 hours prior to port gate cut off Any spil clean up charges accruing on account of handling of HAZ cargo, disposal of the HAZ waste to a Govt.approved waste handling facility including transportation to such facility shall be borne by the customer (Shipper / Importer) HAZ cargo declaration with all details may please by provided for safe handling, Stacking & Segregation Norms compliances CFS reserves the right for allowing or rejecting specific HAZ commodities in the Presmises For container more than 40' wherever not mentioned will be 1.5 times per FEU Weighing of Import Laden container is mandatory as per the letter of the Assistant Commissioner (DP), CH: MP& SEZ, Mundra letter reference F No. S/DP-08/MPSEZ/2009 dated 22nd July For export loaded containers, movement request submitted within 24 hours of vessel gate cut off of the port will be subject to SSR to be borne by the CHA/Shipper/Client. Seabird CFS shall be not be hold liable for any loss/damage/shortage/mositure Loss after the sealed containers have left the premises For Cargo brought in CFS in bags for bulking, CFS is not liable for any loss or damage to the bags or cargo and the CFS reserves the right to dispose off any left out bags/cargo after 7 days of export stuffing or cargo gate in, whichever period is less, without any prior notice to the CHA/Shipper.
