Throughout the decades, we have left a significant impact on the technical standard of these systems. Especially when it comes to harvest crop intake systems as well as pre-cleaning and main cleaning systems for cereal grains, maize, oilseeds, legumes, malt, rice, coffee and soybeans a wide range of users are relying on technology made by Schmidt-Seeger. Universal cleaning machines TAS 206A-2 Application & characteristics The powerful TAS 206A-2 model has also been designed for single or double grading without need of screen exchange. It comes into play wherever particularly large total screen surfaces are needed. With a total screen surface of 32 m 2, this model will satisfy even the most demanding requirements in terms of productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. TAS 206A-2 is therefore the perfect equipment for malting plants and seed processing plants. High-performance cleaning machine Seed selector Adjustable feed roller Adjustable feed roller drive Application & characteristics This new and innovative development is a new addition to the series of high-quality cleaning machine made by Schmidt-Seeger. The seed selector was developed mainly for seed processing. With a screen surface of 6 m 2 it can fine-clean seed grain volumes of up to 5 t/h max. The technical advantages of our seed cleaning machine are its user-friendly operation and easy screen exchange. The standard features of our cleaning machines include rugged screen boxes made of stainless steel. The sturdy steel frame for the screens and the rubber ball cleaning systems for the screen plates are another one of Schmidt- Seeger s tried and true standard features and are also used in the seed selector.
