Our goal is to make the management of the company s fleet and the transportation of drivers easier, by offering best quality services and innovative solutions which correspond to the needs of our clients and drivers.

6 Driver s Manual Car Pickup Upon delivery of the car, you and the supplier must sign acceptance/delivery document. Before signing the document, if there is any problem, contact Lease- Plan immediately. Upon delivery of the car you shall receive the following: Driver s Manual which includes: - Basic instructions - Registration Papers - Receipt of payment of road tax (under current legislation) - Roadside Assistance Badge - Insurance Policy. The insurance policy should always be in the car and maintained in good condition so that they demonstrated a potential supervision of the appropriate authorities. - Accident report statement - Mob App Leaflet All keys Maintenance Booklet User instructions for the car Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, triangle and other equipment Individual Agreement This document shall be received from the appointed head of your company prior to receipt of the car and must always be kept within the car, in order to be presented upon request by the police. In case of loss thereof, please contact LeasePlan. If the car is used by a different driver, make sure all the above items are in the car and to communicate the details of the driver in LeasePlan. 8 Driver s Manual Maintenance & Repair The driver of each car, must follow the manufacturer s maintenance instructions. The provisioned works must be performed without delay at the times specified by the Maintenance Booklet. In addition, the driver must check at regular intervals (especially before traveling) the following: Oil level Tyres pressure and condition Coolant level Brake fluid level Proper functionality of lights If the odometer operation fails, contact LeasePlan immediately. The cost of repairing damage caused by failure to comply with the above obligations and any fine imposed by such negligence, shall be borne by your company. The maintenance and repair of the car should be performed exclusively in the authorized garages and repair shops which cooperate with LeasePlan. The driver must communicate with LeasePlan via telephone in order to be referred to the relevant service network. In any case, the person in charge of the relevant workshop must contact LeasePlan, in order to obtain the relevant approval. The driver is required to inform the person in charge of the related workshop that the car belongs to LeasePlan, demonstrating the vehicle license. 12 Driver s Manual Tyres Tyre change is performed at the time intervals prescribed by your contract and only at the tyre service centers cooperating with LeasePlan. For any tyre change or repair you should contact LeasePlan, in order to direct you to the relevant network. The approval of the works shall be provided by LeasePlan to the person in charge of tyre service center. Tyre choice is at the discretion of LeasePlan, provided that they meet the manufacturer s specifications. The cost of repair or tyre change due to misuse of the vehicle, or premature wear, is not included in the service provided by LeasePlan. LeasePlan τηλ.: 210 6100050

14 Driver s Manual Trips Abroad For any trip abroad, please contact LeasePlan one week before your departure to regulate any procedural issues (issuance of a Green Card, etc.) and to receive information on insurance coverage, depending on the countries of transit and destination. In case of emergency vehicle repair abroad, the driver must contact LeasePlan, to receive the relevant approval and to make all necessary arrangements. The driver must cover the repair costs of the car and make sure that the invoice is issued with the following details: Name Address : LeasePlan HELLAS S.A. : 17 A. 16 Driver s Manual Accident & Theft If you are involved in a car accident, please call LeasePlan Helpline at 210 6100050. LeasePlan provides you with Accident Care service, for the full recording of the event. Please call also the police to record the incident by appropriate authorities. In any other case please note the following: Check whether there are persons injured. If this applies, call 166 Request a copy of your statement and the relevant accident report from the police If the driver who was involved in the accident is under the influence of alcohol, request from the police the performance of the breath analysis test. Request a copy of your statement and the relevant accident report Make sure that the data of the involved drivers / cars and witnesses (driver full name, identification card data, registration number, exact location and time of the accident) are recorded Avoid any statement about who is responsible for the accident You must communicate with LeasePlan within twenty-four hours for the completion and transmission of the accident statement (a relevant statement is provided at the end of this manual) In case of theft, you must necessarily report the incident to the nearest police station and receive a copy of the related report. 18 Driver s Manual Replacement LeasePlan provides you with a replacement car in case of breakdown or accident, if the relevant service is selected by your company. After completion of the repair of your car, you must return the replacement car at the point where you received it. Fuel costs are borne by the lessee company. 20 Driver s Manual Roadside Assistance This service is provided in case of immobilization of the car as a result of an accident or breakdown. Call LeasePlan Helpline at the phone number: 210 6100050 If roadside assistance is not able to restore the damage on-site, then the said service undertakes towing the car to a garage that is already predetermined by LeasePlan. This service may be offered abroad, in the event of complete immobilization of the vehicle and upon prior communication with LeasePlan. The Repatriation service includes the following: If the vehicle is immobilized in Greece or abroad, the driver may communicate with the Driver s Helpline at 210 6100050 and receive information concerning hotel accommodation costs or the costs for his return to the place of permanent residence (subject to a specified monetary threshold). 22 Driver s Manual Car Return - End of Contract The car must be returned during business days (Monday to Friday) and hours (9:00 to 16:00) to a partner authorized by LeasePlan. The car is considered returned at the time of signing of the vehicle return form. This document, in addition to describing the technical condition of the car, also includes the return date of the car and the final mileage as recorded on the spot. 24 Driver s Manual Basic Driver s Obligations The driver of the car should be aware that the vehicle is not covered for Liability insurance, and repair of damages of the following cases: If the vehicle is used by a user under the influence of alcohol or barbiturates or any kind of drugs or any other not explicitly stated substance or any third party not declared driver Damages to the undercarriage of the vehicle, the tyres and rims when these do not arise from an accident with another vehicle While the insured vehicle is driven by any force, other than its own, or when pushing, or towing another vehicle unless this has been legally declared When there is intent, negligence, or mental disorder of the driver While the vehicle is in guarded or fenced areas (i.e airports, camps) or in places that are designed for the traffic of fixed track rolling stock (i.e. trams) or bus lanes or off-road network If the vehicle is misused (i.e. racing, transportation of hazardous substances, drivers training) In these cases the vehicle is not covered by any type of insurance, and therefore the LESSEE shall be responsible for any damage or destruction to third parties or the leased vehicle. LeasePlan draws your attention to the following: The driver must comply with traffic regulations. In case of imposition of a related fine (traffic, municipal police), the driver must immediately arrange for the payment of the relevant amount and promptly transmit a photocopy of the relevant ticket payment slip to LeasePlan In case of loss of documents or of a key, please inform LeasePlan without delay It is now allowed to carry out any modification or addition to the car without the written approval of LeasePlan.
